I understand life happens, so I gave it a week, and I still have not received a response. The parking lot is big so no issue there and the inside was very clean with many rows of books. They also sell games and toys along side the books. Also , there is a coffee shop inside if you like. The issue was that when I got home to put a picture in it for a gift I peeled back the new price sticker and it was more expensive than the regular price! Even with the discount of 10% it wasn't that cheap but I would've rather paid less. Usually hallmark is great but I regret going to this one now and do not recommend it for anyone else. It was a pre-designed sympathy arrangement shown on the shop's website, with a minor flower substitution completely appropriate with the intended style of the arrangement (website clearly indicates the possibility of substitutions at designer's discretion due to flower availability).
