He did not pressure us into buying like so many other furniture salespeople, but allowed us to try the different couches, very patiently. Costless has a great selection of furniture. He then provided great further customer service and an OUTSTANDING deal. He then called the warehouse and got back to us when he found the couch we had been searching for at the warehouse. It's actually a modular sofa that we were looking for. The convenience of paying by Zelle was a plus. We absolutely got a great deal. Thank you CostLess for being in our community and thank you Annas for providing such high-quality, professional customer service! I highly recommend CostLess for furniture/couches, but if you find what you are looking for, buy it because you might not be so blessed as we were to find it right away at the warehouse. And, while you are waiting for Annas to find your couch at the warehouse, pick up your supply of zip lock bags, paper towels, Fruit Gushers and Bubly Lime in your cart before you pay! It's all on sale! I now qualify for $5 off my next purchase and they are giving away dishwasher pods at the door as you leave. That's what I'm talking about!

If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. I am extremely disappointed with how…read morethis situation was handled, and after this experience, I will never shop here again. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying from this business to STEER CLEAR. I purchased a couch that was represented to me as brand new. When I opened the boxes to begin assembling it, I immediately found grass all over the couch which obviously raised a major red flag about whether this couch had actually been brand new or not. Despite that, I cleaned everything up and continued assembling it, hoping there wasn't going to be any other issue. Unfortunately, toward the end of assembly, I discovered that one of the armrests was missing the latches needed to attach it to the sofa AND the armrest itself was ripped. I contacted the business within 24 hours and explained exactly what had happened including pictures. Their initial response was essentially that I should just drive back to their warehouse and pick up the missing latches. But at that point, the missing latches were the least of the problem. I had been sold a couch that was supposed to be brand new, yet it arrived with grass in the packaging, missing hardware, and a ripped armrest. I explained this to them multiple times. After going back and forth, they finally agreed to give me store credit. I was willing to accept that even though, in my opinion, I should have been offered a refund for an item that was not delivered in the condition it was represented to be in. They then told me I needed to return the couch.... So I did exactly that. The couch was already approximately 99% assembled, and I had sent them pictures showing exactly what condition it was in. I had a relative with a truck drive the couch back to their warehouse for me. Then, after we went through the trouble of transporting the couch all the way back, they refused to accept it because it wasn't in the original boxes... Seriously? They knew the couch was no longer in the boxes. I had already sent them pictures showing that it was almost completely assembled. They knew exactly what condition it was in before I drove it back. I explained that I had no reasonable way to put it back into the original packaging. It arrived in three separate boxes, and I had no idea how it had originally been packed. Even if I somehow managed to disassemble it and cram everything back into the boxes, their solution made absolutely no sense. They would still have to take it apart again, inspect it, replace the missing/damaged pieces, and repackage it before potentially reselling it. I even spoke directly with the owner via FaceTime, and rather than trying to find a reasonable solution, he was extremely rude and completely unwilling to work with me. I explained the situation logically and repeatedly, but he simply refused to take the couch back. So now I'm out $700, I've wasted a tremendous amount of time, I've had to arrange transportation to return a defective product, and after doing everything they asked me to do, I was still left with absolutely no resolution. What makes this even more frustrating is that I wasn't demanding anything unreasonable. I was willing to accept store credit just to resolve the situation and move on. They couldn't even do that. The entire experience was frustrating from beginning to end, but the way management handled the situation was what really sealed the deal for me. A business can make a mistake. Products can have defects. What matters is how you treat the customer when something goes wrong. In this case, they made the situation dramatically worse by refusing to take responsibility and then hiding behind a technicality they already knew about. If you're thinking about buying furniture from this place, my advice is DON'T. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend spending your money somewhere that actually stands behind what it sells and respects its customers when there is a problem. $700 lesson learned. I will never shop here again.

I'll be honest, after reading some of the reviews mentioning difficulties with orders and customer…read moreservice, I was leery - BUT they seemed to have the perfect table at a really good price. Went all the way to Santa Ana, to try and see it. They didn't have it in store, but they said they could order it for me - great! Showed them the table on my phone (direct from their website,) Order placed, took maybe a week and a half, and I picked it up at their warehouse, easy peasy. I unboxed it in my garage to make it easier to get in my building, brought it into my unit and put it together... and it was a miniature version of what I wanted. Did I read the measurements wrong? Went back to the website, to the table I bookmarked; nope, I read them right, but the table sitting in front of me was definitely not what I (thought I) ordered. Long story short - there are two different tables whose photos look nearly identical, but one is MUCH smaller than the other one! I contacted customer service, explained the situation and sent them screenshots of both tables. Anne in their customer service department was PHENOMENAL. She made sure the correct table was ordered, and that I would be able to exchange the one I received with no problems. Anyway I return the tiny table and pick up the full size version this Saturday. I am a happy camper all thanks to Anne!!

I purchased furniture from this company after seeing claims on their website about product…read moreavailability and fast shipping, but my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After placing my order, I encountered repeated delays, conflicting information from customer service, and complete refusal to honor my cancellation request even though the item had never shipped and no tracking information was ever provided. Once I learned the order was supposedly still pending with the manufacturer, I requested cancellation immediately. I had also come across many other customer complaints describing delayed deliveries, damaged furniture, missing parts, and poor "white glove delivery" experiences where customers reportedly had to help third-party delivery workers assemble items themselves. Despite my cancellation request being made before shipment, the company continued giving vague responses claiming the order was "moving further along" while refusing to provide tracking details or issue a refund. I even called customer service and asked to speak with a supervisor, but my request was denied and no resolution was offered. At this point: * The item has NOT been delivered * No tracking number has been provided * I requested cancellation before shipment * The company continues refusing to process my refund I no longer want the item or any further involvement with this transaction. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before ordering from this company. The advertising regarding availability and shipping timelines feels misleading, and the customer service has been unacceptable throughout the entire process.
