I ordered a sectional from Ornate Furniture in August 2025 for approximately $1,000. The delivery team dropped the couch off and left without helping set anything up. Once we unpacked it, we immediately noticed it was damaged and also looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The quality was extremely poor compared to what was shown on the website. I contacted customer support that same night and was instructed to file a warranty claim. After submitting the claim, I heard nothing for nearly 3 weeks and had to repeatedly follow up myself just to get responses. I eventually had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau before anyone finally contacted me. Ornate Furniture then told me they would send a technician to inspect the sectional and determine whether it was damaged. Another month went by with no follow-up. Eventually, a technician came out and confirmed the sectional was in fact, damaged and also commented on how cheaply it was made. Honestly, it made me question whether this was even a legitimate Ashley Furniture sectional. After the inspection, Ornate Furniture acknowledged the couch was damaged and agreed to send a replacement with "white glove service," specifically stating they would set it up and ensure there was no damage upon delivery. That is not what happened. I received no shipping updates or communication beforehand. One morning I suddenly received a text that the delivery team was already at my house. The delivery driver told me it was NOT white glove service, dropped the replacement couch wrapped in plastic in my driveway, and left because he was "too busy" to stay. I had to move everything inside and unpack it myself. The replacement couch was even worse than the original. I contacted Ornate Furniture again and once again received little to no assistance. I still have not received a proper resolution from the company. Please do your research before purchasing from this business. After looking at their BBB profile, I realized many other customers appear to be experiencing similar issues. I truly wish I had looked there before spending my money with this company.

It wasn't because it was broken but cushions and part of an arm piece had been damaged by our dogs a couple of years ago. The quality of the couches we had custom ordered were perfect for us. The firmness was just right and the softness of the material is very nice. We wanted to replace the couch because the material of the original was no longer available. So we went with ordering the same length couch but in a material that will compliment the love seat. The customer service is great. It made for ordering our couch quick and easy as well. I'm excited to get our new sofa. The quality is good. Comfortable enough for us and our 3 large fur babies. The place is spacious with a selection of styles to select from on the floor. They also have books of sofas and tables to look through. They have plenty of material to select from too so come and check them out and allow ample time for looking at samples. We were immediately stopped by Zana and were told that it was company policy to follow around customers to help them browse. We thought this policy was invasive and didn't allow us to freely shop and consider our options. We also saw other people shopping freely without a chaperone so we felt targeted. She even told us that she thought we were teenagers when we revealed we are in our 30s with a child. She also kept talking about financing options if we didn't have the funds to purchase. We felt very awkward and ended up leaving without purchasing anything even though we need basically everything for our new apartment. Ashley Furniture should really reconsider this store policy (if it's true). I have a feeling she just wanted the commission and lied about the policy because we were the only ones being followed around.
