I purchased a sofa set from them over 4 years ago. I was able to customize it and overall am pretty happy with it. The reason I am giving three stars is because they convinced me to purchase a warranty. I've needed to utilize this warranty but the company is absolutely horrible. I contacted them almost 2 years ago now and I think I received one auto-email response saying that there was a delay because of Covid. I'm sorry but it is unacceptable that I cannot get a hold of the warranty company and have had no response from them and am still waiting. They won't return our calls and have yet been able to make a claim. Sofa spectrum is absolutely wonderful! Their customer service is over the top! I had hip surgery last week and I was sleeping in a very uncomfortable chair. I knew that I loved the brand Flexsteel for durability as I have owned Flexsteel in the past. The brand is hard to find but I remembered that there was a place in Murrieta that had it. I called and spoke to Paul and he was very kind and helpful and went a step further to send my daughter pictures of a chair through text so that I could see it since I wasn't able to go to the store in person.
