Five stars is not really enough to get across how happy we are with his work. Earlier this summer, we found ourselves in a position no one wants to be in: dealing with an unexpected family loss. Compounding this situation was the fact that it occurred in a city that was not our own. Moving forward from this experience was going to be hard enough, but it also came with some pretty substantial home repair/renovation projects that needed to be done ASAP. Doing so in a town that is not our residence, and with contractors with whom we were not familiar, made it even more challenging. Through Yelp, we took a chance on finding a contractor to do a test run with a small but time-sensitive project, and Joshua came through with a really great bid and personal touch. His communication was exceptional, and his personality stood out in both in our online communication and again when we met in person. Most importantly, the care and commitment he brought to even this small project, plus the humanity and empathy he showed us during a really difficult time, made all the difference. We relayed to him the scope of the home repairs needed going forward, and asked if they were within his comfort zone. When he responded positively, we told him he was our go-to guy for every project needed on that house, and that we trusted him implicitly to do the work independently. He didn't let us down. He sent photos of his progress and gave us honest appraisals of what could be done, and what prices would be for labor and materials. He worked on a tight timeline and got the work done on time and on budget. Moreover, the quality of the work that he did approaches the level of artisan, not just contractor, to the point where I'd employ him for our own home projects if it was at all possible (it's not, sadly). I don't know what else I can say to relay our impressions of Joshua. He's the best contractor I've ever worked with, and I wish him nothing but success in the future. If you get a chance to work with him on a home project, consider yourself fortunate.

I've emailed. I've done everything possible. Maybe the guy is a good handyman. I won't ever know but I do know that the way he handled business makes him look like he signed up a bunch of people on Living Social and then disappeared with the money. Very disappointed. If you see him advertising on one of these (Living Social, Groupon, etc), just run the other way. Save yourself money and time (trying to track him down). Flake.

There were many cracked trim boards and I had one fascia board that woodpeckers had damaged over the years. I selected All Oklahoma Roofing and Construction for two reasons: 1) That had excellent BBB and customer ratings. 2) Their bid was much lower than the other bidders. Three subcontractors came to do the work. 1st) Did the carpenter repairs which took about a week. 2nd) Primed all the new bare wood and double layered the house with Sherwin Williams Super Paint which I had to pay extra for and well worth it. This took about 4 days. 3rd) New gutters to the new trim which was completed in two hours. All three subcontractors for All Oklahoma Roofing and Construction did a very expert job and I'm very happy with the results. I recommend anyone looking to have their house painted to go with this company. The job will be done right!

The pad I had him pour was not proper level and out of square. Out or square forced my carport to…read morehang over, looks tacky. He tried to explain that the out of level was to drain properly to the street which I understand, east to west, the water drains south to north not towards the street but puddles on the steel legs of my carport. The level is off 8 inches from south to north, so my carport ended up losing 8 inches of height and was charged extra to remove 8 inches from every leg on north side. The driveway edges were not troweled correctly, ended up all cracked and he came back to fix but already cracked off again, very tacky. They poured concrete on my existing concrete and let it dry, staining the concrete and looks very tacky. They cleaned their wheel barrels in the middle of my yard, along with all the sand and cigarette butts I had to clean up after them. My driveway was left a muddy mess from their power wheel barrels and again had to spend a whole day power washing it myself. Splattered concrete that won't power wash off all over my garage door and driveway along with scratches/dents from the demo and damaged the edge of my existing garage floor. The entry way to my carport pad has leaves dried into and deep marks left in it to dry. I told him I wanted it to match my existing driveway and he broomed it anyway, but did a sloppy job brooming it as well and left leaves and sticks that left surface marks. Broom lines are not straight and leaves were just broomed in as well not removed. He also demands payment at beginning and then before the job is finished... now I see why! Don't bother with this guy! Once it's dry it's too late, don't make my mistake, pay after he is done NOT before! Better yet just find a professional as he is NOT.
