Hi, Stephen was able to build and deliver on the vision I had for our patio. Solid and sturdy with no screws on the surface of the deck. We have a stand up tornado shelter on one corner that needed steps down from the patio for quick access if needed. The patio wraps around the other corner with two other sets of stairs.
