Five stars is not really enough to get across how happy we are with his work. Earlier this summer, we found ourselves in a position no one wants to be in: dealing with an unexpected family loss. Compounding this situation was the fact that it occurred in a city that was not our own. Moving forward from this experience was going to be hard enough, but it also came with some pretty substantial home repair/renovation projects that needed to be done ASAP. Doing so in a town that is not our residence, and with contractors with whom we were not familiar, made it even more challenging. Through Yelp, we took a chance on finding a contractor to do a test run with a small but time-sensitive project, and Joshua came through with a really great bid and personal touch. His communication was exceptional, and his personality stood out in both in our online communication and again when we met in person. Most importantly, the care and commitment he brought to even this small project, plus the humanity and empathy he showed us during a really difficult time, made all the difference. We relayed to him the scope of the home repairs needed going forward, and asked if they were within his comfort zone. When he responded positively, we told him he was our go-to guy for every project needed on that house, and that we trusted him implicitly to do the work independently. He didn't let us down. He sent photos of his progress and gave us honest appraisals of what could be done, and what prices would be for labor and materials. He worked on a tight timeline and got the work done on time and on budget. Moreover, the quality of the work that he did approaches the level of artisan, not just contractor, to the point where I'd employ him for our own home projects if it was at all possible (it's not, sadly). I don't know what else I can say to relay our impressions of Joshua. He's the best contractor I've ever worked with, and I wish him nothing but success in the future. If you get a chance to work with him on a home project, consider yourself fortunate.

Jason white is a forgotten figure, they are owned from a corporate company in, LA. they don't care about you Okies! 100% --Shady Business. Definitely not worth it. Moving back to Texas. Their prices are egregious, and they have shadow monthly programs that their contractors sign you up for without notice. Our AC drain line detached, and the drain pan flooded. The total would eventually come out to $683.74 I specifically asked our contact not to sign us up for any memberships or subscriptions, with a "please." But he ignored my request and signed me up for a program I did not want to sign up for. I noticed the charge and questioned further. I asked things like, "So is this a one-time purchase?" "Can I cancel at any time?" To his chagrin, he said, "Yes, you'll actually be paying less." He wasn't necessarily wrong or right, typical business strategy. This program charges you an initial $18 upfront to "hide" the upfront cost they show (which, if I remember, was about $500+ or so; crazy, but I guess understandable due to the market). It gives you the 20% discount on the service. The program then continues to charge you that $18 for the next YEAR, for "benefits" and discounts. AND if you cancel the annual subscription, you get charged for the rest of the year you didn't pay for. In other words, you will have to pay at least an additional $196 for a membership signup regardless. I specifically asked not to have this. Although I can recommend Dustin Lyday, the contractor, for his service, and yes, he fixed my AC. I am more concerned with the business practice itself. Don't sign people up for an ANNUAL subscription that charges monthly, but makes you charge the full amount if you cancel. That defeats the purpose; the season for AC units is only when it's HOT in Oklahoma. Why would I want an annual subscription? --Better yet, the only way you can cancel is by calling them because you don't have any agency over your account! They create it and control it for you, NO LOGIN REQUIRED. That's f'd up and a bad way to create retention. --Predatory! Alarmists! Sky high prices! The guys that came out to work on my plumbing were very nice. They scoped my pipes and told me that they were about to collapse and had roots in them causing drainage problems. They recommended relining the pipes throughout the house ($37k). I was about to approve the job and got suspicious. Called a small local plumber out. They showed me every inch of my pipes on camera and said they were in solid condition. Fixed the drainage problem for $400. I will tell everyone I know about this experience so that they don't deal with this predatory company. --Terrible - they messed up,cut way too many holes in our walls . they said they fixed it but left an open pipe that squirted water when we turned on the fawcet. Then they couldn't fix it then blamed us. It cost us 4,000 with a different company to fix their scew up . DO NOT USE THEM service was back in july 2025 - they also tried to massively up sell us. Robert, the initial plumber was who I delt with. Don't trust him They charged us $1000 for about 3 hrs work. Did do the work in a timely manner. We had a pipe burst in our garage and called Air Comfort. The next day they sent Jacob who, without turning on the water, said he could fix the leak for $1000 then said there was another leak that would cost another $1500. --Unethical, dishonest and I would NEVER use them again! They charged us $1000 for about 3 hrs work. I'm only giving a two star because they did redo our pipes and fixed our Central Heat and Air BUT,…read morethey still not have finished the job. They dug a trench in our front yard in March when they did the pipes at the beginning of March, were now almost in May. They still haven't come filled it back in. We have tried texting and calling and they either don't answer or they don't answer that specific question. Its still not done. They didn't finish the plumbing part because they had to order the new sink also, the same day as the trench digging happened. The beginning of March, THAT still isn't done. They answered once one time about how they ordered the wrong size after measuring it twice and then said, its your responsibility to measure the sink. The HVAC part of the company started just days after them, our attic ladder was taken down and they used theirs to redo our entire Heat and Air because it was sketchy, which understandable. They said the same day, they would send a carpenter out with no charge to come put the ladder back, we're still waiting on that. The City has been out 4 times and 3 of those times, they failed. They only fixed two things quickly once they failed. They still haven't fixed the other failed issue. The attic. They can't get up there but this company keeps scheduling them to come out when they know they haven't finished. The city told us it was on them, not us luckily. But right now, we're dealing with neighbors constantly asking, "When is your yard going to be filled back in because its making our neighborhood look like crap". I wish I knew guys. Its getting to the point now, where we are more theb likely going to be making some calls to place more complaints. The yards been dug out for so long and we have had plenty of rain that, that dirt is starting to grow grass on the piles of dirt and inside the trench. We still have pieces of the old pipes still scattered in the grass, pieces that are still stuck sticking out of the piles of dirt. We chose them because everyone hyped up this company and the fact they have been around for years but obviously, they only care about the money at this point and not finishing the jobs they start. Its been about 2 months now and we don't have a working kitchen sink, we have been stuck eating frozen microwave meals with plasticware because we can't wash any dishes. So, you can pnly imagine. We all have been feeling kind of sick, for obvious reasons. We haven't had actual food in a while. They absolutely SUCK at responding to you period when you ask when somethings going to be done, thats IF they respond and if they do, they will tell you something off subject. Around 30,000 dollars for plumbing and HVAC on a payment plan only for them to not finish what they started. Tore up our yard, we have no working sink 2 months later, and still no communication coming from them whatsoever and dealing with neighbors constantly baggering us about how crappy the neighborhood looks because of the trench they dug in our front yard and garden and just left it. Its only a two star because our water is better and our AC and heat is working again but as for anything else, its nothing good. Just pure frustration. I thought these people were supposed to be "professionals". Only thing their professional at is skimping out on their job and ignoring you.
