I have way more to say than Yelp allows me to write, so I had to shorten and remove my story about…read morethe decision-making process, which was daunting and frustrating and time consuming. The story ends well though, with us finding IBEX and a first phone call that started with Ricky saying, "So tell me about this window project. What is your home like, and what are you hoping for?" After that first conversation I felt calm and like I had finally found what I was looking for - someone who could take it from here. We hired IBEX to replace 29 windows in our home. Our house was built in the 1930s but the windows were aluminum and probably installed in the 1970s. We knew when buying the home in 2020 we'd need to replace them, but after one year of holding them open with books, ice inside, condensation that caused the paint to warp on every sill, and one that straight up leaked when rain blew in from the west, we decided in early 2022 it was time. We are so thankful we found Ricky and Raymond at IBEX and took the leap. We easily trusted them and their recommendations. The windows were installed to perfection, even though upon removing the old ones, we found that the wood had warped and rotted, and the wood had to be replaced and the windows had to be rewrapped. I can't say enough about how it was all done perfectly, with no issues, at a very fair price, by great people. We love supporting this local OKC business and highly recommend IBEX. I am happy to share more of our decision-making process and before/after photos with anyone considering them for their project.

Together this team fantastic people made our job perfect. Here's a little background regarding our project. We were in the market for a major window and door upgrade. There were 19 windows that badly needed replacement that happened to be to 48 year old original windows to our home. From the start of our job, everything went smoothly. Rusty came out and personally measured each of the windows to make sure we had a perfect fit. He was very meticulous through the measurement process, explaining to me each step of the process. A few days later we went to Agnew Door & Window to pick out the exact windows we wanted installed. Callie took care of the cost analysis for us, providing quotes on our first & second choices. After consideration and comparisons, we elected for the second choice. Don't think that we were settling, both windows were of a very high quality and either one of them would provide us the a high end window which would meet all of our needs. A few days later, we went to the showroom and made our initial deposit to get the process started. From the time we placed the order to the time our windows were in there warehouse was approximately 5-6 weeks. We weren't worried about the time it took for the windows to come in, we knew it was the middle of summer and understood that the install would begin around the end of August to early September. It was still very hot when the install team of Dillon, Nicholas & Nate came to start the install portion of the project. We weren't worried, we understood the scope and scale of our project, and knew it would take between 2-3 days to finish. The team was spot on, the install took 3 days. We were amazed it didn't take longer. The team was very deliberate, taking time to make sure that each window fit exactly as intended. Needless to say to say, we were pleasantly surprised. The fitment and overall look of our new windows was perfect! Now for the second project, while the windows were going in we decided that it was time for a new front door and storm doors to go on the front of the house and the upstairs deck. We ordered those shortly after the window project finished. The front door we ordered was a custom fiberglass door that would require a stain be crafted to match out existing woodwork. Converge door arrived, a custom stain was mixed by the company's paint and stain by expert. Needless to say, the match was perfect. From the time we ordered the new front door and the storm door rob the time of installation was about 4-5 weeks. We hand no complaints about the delivery time, we knew the wait would be worth it. The install team for this part of the project was comprised of Dillon and Nicholas. These two guys work their tails off. Everything they did to make the front door and storm doors fit correctly had to be custom one off frame work. The time that the team took was nothing short of a miracle. The doors fit perfectly. Over all, our job was a complete success. We plan on getting back with Agnew Door & Window very soon to replace all of our hollow core interior doors with new solid core doors and possibly have them make it new cabinet doors for the rest of the house. We recommend that if you're looking for windows & doors, you really should get with Agnew Door & Window. You won't be disappointed!

Their misses are: 1. Not showing up at the scheduled time frame (morning), 2. Not calling (Meagan stated she left a message but I think not!), 3. Not getting the job by end of day, and 4. Not accommodating my schedule when the work had to be rescheduled. Meagan contacted me on Monday and stated I could have the garage door replaced on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. I had already scheduled off work Wednesday so I thought, this is going to working out well. Meagan even gave me the choice of morning or afternoon so I chose morning. After moving tools and supplies out of the garage and finishing general cleanup around 8:15, I waited, .......and waited, .........and waited. At 11:00 am I contacted Esther at Home Depot to get an ETA. Why Esther instead of Meagan? My payment is to Home Depot. I consider them the general contractor and Windsor the sub. If there is a problem, the general contractor needs to know. Esther contacted Windsor and relayed their message. A job was taking longer than expected and they would be out that afternoon. I told them truthfully I had an appointment at 3:30 I would rather not reschedule and asked for more detail than "afternoon". After discussing with Windsor, Esther said they would complete the job before 3:30. I called Home Depot at 3:30. Esther was busy but one of her colleagues contacted Meagan. So this big Windsor job is still taking longer than they thought and Meagan wants to reschedule for 9:30 - 10:00 am the next day, something I cannot do because I did not request another day off. Meagan also stated she left me a voice mail. Funny, no voice mails on my phone and she had no problem contacting to schedule the job. Awfully odd don't' you think? I then requested Windsor accommodate my schedule, tomorrow at 5:30 pm, the earliest I can get home from work. This is the least they should do for not showing up the entire day. The response from Meagan is they close at 5. And here is the best part. On their website, "We pride ourselves on accommodating our clients." Really? Perhaps those they are making a hefty profit from but if you just want a garage door opener replaced, choose a company that means what they say and keeps their appointments! I canceled the service through Home Depot and will install myself.

Just a "beware" post about Consolidated Builders Supply: specifically their window installation. I had three windows put in my house. I agreed to pay $150 per window for professional installation. They did not insulate or foam around any of the windows, which struck me as odd but I was willing to overlook as the new windows themselves would be a vast improvement over the old ones. The installers did mess up pretty badly on one of the windows. Broke my drywall in two places and tried to fill the quarter-sized hole with caulking. The same window was loose in the frame, as in one corner was not secure. I was able to catch the installers before they left and they managed to secure it. I asked Travis Baker, who was the salesman everyone recommended, to waive the install fee on the one window because it was unsatisfactory in more ways than one. He responded that I would pay that charge in full or he'd put a lien on my house, threatened to tell my aunt/realtor (who recommends alot of business to him) "what kind of person her nephew is", and then hung up on me. This is unfortunate because he's aware I have more windows to replace. They have lost my business due to terrible customer service. Look elsewhere
