I've never had work done on my teeth without seeing a rough estimate after insurance how much it would cost. Due to inflation, finances for everyone is tough so to be told we had no choice but to pay the full amount for the appointment, I wasn't too happy. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and I liked how they texted me the forms to fill out during the week leading up to the appointment. I therefore didn't need to arrive early, rather right at my appointment time. I had hygienist Liz and she was so friendly too. She was very informative, explaining everything she was doing and why as we went through the appointment. I had put in the form that I was potentially interested in whitening, so she shared all the information with me (you can do it at home or in office). They also had a welcome package and folder for me with a free toothbrush kit. When I left, everyone told me to say hi to my husband who'd just been in the week before. I was so surprised that they remembered his name and cared enough to bring it up. My teeth feel super clean and I feel relieved to have found a new dentist!

Not sure why they would do that 2) He opened the email but knew he did not go to there in Oct and was thinking about leaving because he didn't like the customer service. 3) He received a call for the collection agency today 12/18/25. Called the Dentist office which is how we found out it was my bill and not his. 4) I then called them and asked how this happened. They said because we're in the same household, he is the guarantor on the account. WTH We both signed documents stating we were financially responsible for our own bills. How they made that decision was made is beyond me. Needless to say. My household, my parents and my son will no longer use their facility. I do not recommend them at all. Yes I paid the bill immediately which was an extra $33 for their inability to handle business. AGAIN DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. If I could zero stars I would.
