This place is terribly managed I came in today for the first time and they were all messing around no one was taking their job seriously there was an "employee" that in sandals and street clothes not even in uniform working Messing around And doing who knows what. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! read more

This place is awesome!! I either get the selfie or the Blue Shirley Temple!! My girlfriend ALWAYS gets the Rocky Mountain high and loves it, but she's not one for trying new things hahahahaha so once she finds something she likes, SHE IS STUCK! The service is usually always awesome and they are DOG FRIENDLY!! I didn't know this until my puppy went with us and barked and the guy at the window offered us a pup cup - now every time we go to the dog park, we go get a cool drink after and she gets her little pup cup. This definitely made us come here more often and spend more money at this place per week so good advertising!!! read more

I love going to sodalicious because it is a fun place to hang out with my friends while enjoying soda and delicious cookies. The snicker doodles are especially my favorite! read more

If you love soda and fun flavors well this is the place for you!!! I can't get enough of this amazing place. It's so refreshing and delicious. Must have!!! read more

I used to love going to this place!! The employees were super nice, and I always felt welcome!! However, I recently had an unpleasant experience with an employee named Stephanie. She was extremely rude, and she made my drink diet when I asked for regular. The store was also more messy than usual during this visit and I was unimpressed. Additionally, I put my rewards phone number in every time and never receive the rewards. I've been going consistently for months and I feel like the reward system is a scam. I'd be able to deal with that if it weren't for Stephanie being short with me. I will not be returning to this location, and I think I'll try swig instead. I'll miss seeing all the team member employees who constantly made my day! I hope management holds Stephanie accountable for the attitude she gave me. 0/10 very disappointed read more

Super fun family environment. Delicious cookies. Had games available to play with the kids.

Just had the most disappointing experience here! After waiting for 20+ minutes in line we finally pulled up to the window to pay and get our drinks. After we pulled up (after already waiting FOREVER) no one is at the window to greet us. We can see through the window two teenagers just messing around and goofing off-not paying any attention to us. We are literally staring at our drinks on the counter and these two ding dongs are no help at all! They even went over to our drinks and adjusted their placement on the counter and MADE EYE CONTACT WITH US. And STILL IGNORED US. Finally SOMEONE ELSE (named Mark) came and finally collected our payment and handed us our drinks that we had been staring at for 5 mins. Good thing Swig is around the corner, we aren't coming back here again. read more

Friendly staff and the best fudge cookie ever. My son loves the sugar cookie. It's always a nice pick me up after a long day!

I love this place fo sho. I mean, anyone can craft a diet Dr Pepper with sugar free coconut but then cookies tho, BOMB. I love their cookies and their seasonal ones are my fave. I some reason have myself convinced that I NEED a seasonal cookie anytime they come out because what if they don't bring that seasonal cookie back? I mean, no one wants that kind of negativity in their lives. My fave cookie so far is the chocolate chip cookie with their pumpkin cream cheese frosting (seasonal). Oh YASSSS. read more

love this place. came here after a long day of work only to walk out of the room and got though the drive through. they need a bell at the front desk or a bell on the door. pay attention to your customers. read more

I absolutely love this place! Five stars doesn't even do justice! The cookies and drinks are seriously the greatest! I have tried a handful of the drinks and all of them are amazing!!! Not to mention the employees are always so nice and friendly! They value customer service and always have a genuine conversation at the window! They care about how your day was and want to get to know you better! Service like that is so rare! The manager does an incredible job and hires only the best people!! I highly recommend this location and will continue to go everyday and sometimes twice a day! read more

Soda-yuck! I've driven by two of these and it piqued my interest. I like soda, grew up on soda, but as an adult, it is a special "sometime" treat. I make Italian sodas at home and they are quite divine. I thought this would elevate our soda tastebuds. Nope. This is just gross. First, they start with a commercialized soda: Sprite, Coke, Dr. Pepper,etc.. and add different flavorings. I tried the butter beer. Yes, I'm a huge Harry Potter fan. It had root beer, vanilla, and butterscotch. What's not to love? This drink. I do not love this drink. It was foul. I took a couple of sips and decided I couldn't torture myself and threw it away. My husband had a lemonade with raspberry and pomegranate. Poor guy, he thought it was going to be some delicious lemonade with fruit, like at Red Robin. Not so much, and not so "yummmm." My son had the best drink, and that's not saying much because it was gross too: Orange dreamsicle. It had a little too much whipcream, it coated the back of your throat, like Pepto bismol. I will take my regular soda straight up and not doctored, thank you. I don't know how this place is going to stay in business. Do they seriously have enough patrons for just disgusting soda? They sell cookies and disgusting soda. (If you are reading my review, you really shouldn't be offended with my opinion. Apparently, another reviewer was offended by *my opinion*. Please review your opinion about your experiences and not critique my reviews. And, FYI... People put fruit in soda all the time. Have you heard of lemon or lime wedges in soda? People put lemon/ orange wedges in beer. When you order a pomegranate/raspberry lemonade wouldn't one think of fruit?) read more

We love sodalicious!!! They have the best sugar cookies. Soda always tastes crisp and refreshing. Cashiers are always pleasant. Just wish it was a little closer to my house... or, do I.... ;). Only negative is about their "loyalty program". I go pretty often, spending $5-$10 at a time, and I've yet to receive a "kickback" or "incentive" for all of my purchases. read more

The service was great. The teenagers there are professional enough. You are going into a teenage hangout so just expect that. The poor review is because the drive thru was packed (understandable) but they had a young teenager outside taking the orders when it was probably 110 F. She was in pants, t-shirt, and apron. She was sweating and as she was taking my order, the iPad STOPPED WORKING BECAUSE IT OVERHEATED. I made a Yelp account just to say how sick it makes me to see the managers putting minimum wage teenagers outside to sweat bullets. They didn't sign up for construction or anything else. I doubt they were briefed on this when they started working there. They are definitely taking advantage of their young workforce, in my opinion. I will be going elsewhere for my soda needs. read more

First visit was perfect moved fast some good combos. A little heavy in the syrups for some making them really sweet. Second visit was horrible! Line was long with the order box broken and they didn't have anyone out pretaking orders to move the line like I've seen before. Some of our drinks didn't have the cherry which caused my kids to fight and cry. It took forever only to have drinks not made right. read more

This is a chain where they make mixed beverages using soda pop, etc. I enjoyed their suggested beverage for me, it was root beer, horchata and cream. Delicious on a record heat day! I used their drive through and they told me if I didn't like my beverage, they would make me something else. I will return and bring my husband next time. This location is near San Tan Village. read more

I visit Sodalicious at least once a week since its in my neighborhood. I love the flavor combinations & have the convenient refill cup that they offer for $10 to buy then every refill after is $1 plus add ins. However, my last two experiences made me cautious since my bill this trip was $3.23. I gave him $5.25 and he handed me back $0.52 in change when I should have gotten $2.02. My last trip was like that too. When I called it to his attention, he gave me $1. Well, I was going to tip a dollar anyway, so there you go. Please learn to count money though. read more

This place is neat. The first one I've seen to this extent of options. Definitely will be returning when I come back to Arizona

WOW I brought my daughter and her four friends after a long day of swimming. They wanted something sweet and refreshing, and that's what they got! They got the Orange Creamsicle, O'Ryan, AK (with half and half), Cast Away, and the Blue Shirley Temple. As a mom, of course I tried all of them ;) I LOVED THEM ALL. We also got the scotcharoo, and I have to say, I am now obsessed. the employees asked repeatedly if the girls enjoyed their drinks and made sure we were completely satisfied before we left. (which we were). Will defiantly bring the whole family back!! read more

Horrible! Everything was dirty and had fingerprints all over it. We had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come and help us. It seemed as only one person that was there cared about the restaurant. read more

This place is amazing! The butterbeer is to die for! I've tried a few other flavors that were okay but I'm hooked on the butterbeer. Always makes me wonder if that's would it would taste like at Hogwarts ;) read more

Such a fun place to stop in for a quick soda and cookie! I wish I had a place like this to hang out at when I was in high school. There are couches and tables, which makes it a perfect spot to hang out with friends. They even have lots of outlets to charge your phone/laptop! My favorite drink is the "It's not me, it's you"! These guys are also at the Queen Creek Friday food truck stop often, so if you don't make it out to Gilbert, try them there! read more

Drinks are great but the drive thru system is horrible. Time to upgrade equipment, it is getting old repeating myself numerous times.

Poorly lit is correct. Intercom/Speaker broken, had to order at window. Friendly Afro-ed white kid (teenager for everyone harping on teens having minimum wage jobs thinking they should serve people while caring) was very nice & polite, maybe a little high on the devil's lettuce. Soda's were below average, maybe an upgrade from my own semen I'd imagine. Snickerdoodle was bomb! Go twice but never a 3rd time! (Gotta support local businesses) read more

If you like soda you can't beat this place. Any flavor you want, plus their own special flavors. Tell them how you want it. You can get cream added to them. Used to go to Sonic. This place is better! read more

This review is specifically for this Val vista location. Not necessarily the others. This location is CRAP. never once have I been without having my order messed up or been over charged or forgot items etc. the drink tastes different each time I've gotten it. Like the exact same drink shows no resemblance to the previous time I got it. I can tell the management is a mess because everyone is always confused with on another. I'm fine w other locations tho. Also there is a few boys who make me very uncomfortable when ordering. Like they creepily stare around the wall as if I can't see them 3 ft away. Lol read more

So many different sodas to try, they even do custom drinks, if you can think it up, they'll make it. The what's she having was my favorite on a hot summer day read more

I LOVE sodalicious!! I can't drink normal soda after going here haha Your mom extra dirty is my favorite. I've tried almost all of the drinks and there's only a few that I personally don't like. The location on Gilbert Rd in the old car wash usually is better. Not sure what they do but the drinks are always spot on! Double punch Tuesday is my favorite day of the week! read more

The drinks were flat and foul. I tried one then had to redo and leave cause I was in a hurry. When I was on the road I tried my new drink once and had to throw it out the window. read more

I actually love the drinks and the service here but won't be going back until the management stops making these poor teenagers stand out in the Arizona heat to take orders. It's unnecessary to have these kids out there (they used to do a regular drive up over a speaker) and seems downright cruel to make these kids stand outside is 115 degree temps with little or no shade. Hopefully management will grow hearts soon -- if they do I'll be back. read more

Love this place! The staff is pretty young but they provide great service and seem to care. The drinks are very good and the sugar cookies are awesome! Always fast service and the place is clean and nice read more

I went to get a soda at this place this morning after being sick for some time and unable to drive. I have been to this place numerous times and loved it. I gave them my Sodalicious card and they told me my card wasn't good anymore even though I only lacked 3 sodas before I could get a free soda. The rude teenager at the window told me too bad and I would have to sign up for the Loyalty card. I won't be back. This place used to be the only good soda place in Gilbert but "no more". I won't be back and I will instead now go to your competitor. Horrible rude staff at the drive thru window. read more

This is my new favorite place! The employees have always been extremely helpful and patient when trying to decide what to order. I love their pink sugar cookies. Their oatmeal chocolate chip is good too, along with their peanut butter cookie with Nutella frosting! Of course their drinks are good! I try to limit how many times I come here a week. It is the best! read more

Sodalicious is my favorite spot in Gilbert. They have so many options and the customer service is great. My friends and I love to go because it's very inexpensive. I recommend Southern Gentleman or AK Special, and you have to get a sugar cookie-- they're amazing! Everyone I take to Sodalicious ends up loving it! read more

I love it. After going there I can't drink regular soda anymore. The staff was super friendly too.
