We met Tomer with Borgani kitchens. He showed us his ideas and designs. Tomer also has many references of previous kitchens and closets done that were happy to confirm and show pictures of the beautiful work. When he came to our house to see the kitchen, (of bare walls). he completely redesigned the whole concept to make it work! And not only work.: the design was just perfect! It all of a sudden came together and made sense! Without all the headaches and confusion from the others! I usually don't post reviews but .. Save the hassle of going with someone who is inexperienced. Believe me, it comes out more expensive and more time lost in the long run

My kitchen has more than doubled in size and functionality. My family and neighbors (and me) are all amazed by the transformation. Henry, the project manager, the subcontractors, Shania the designer, and crew were excellent at all stages of the project from demo to clean up. In South Florida where there are so many horror stories about shoddy workmanship and contractors who take your money and run, H-18 is a top notch professional organization and will not disappoint.

A bit of a story behind this one, because it was a bit of a slow start but with a very happy…read moreending. I had met with five different contractors for my bathroom shower project. The prices from each were all within a similar range. I tend to avoid the least expensive and steer clear of the most unless I have the budget for it. Ray came in with a fair price and a professional demeanor. He understood what had to be done, and he was confident he could provide exactly what I envisioned. I was impressed that he also was able to get the job started quickly and did his best to accommodate my timeline. As a contractor, he has several sub contractors who work for him. In his desire to get my job going ASAP, he sent two subs that were not his best. He had used them before and they had done very nice work. Unfortunately for me, they did not, and they had to demo the tiles they had put in unevenly, scrap them and start from scratch. Since Ray was just as surprised and appalled by their work, in a gesture of courtesy, he absorbed the cost of the new tiles and added a free, custom built shower niche to make up for the mishap. He was diplomatic and reliable which is rare in Florida. He also asked for my patience so as to time it to bring in his BEST contractor, Andreas, who is a literal magician! Not only is Andreas so amazingly talented, but can do literally ANYTHING quickly, confidently and flawlessly. The final product is perfection! Ray even came with me to pick out the tiles that he paid for and Andreas is top tier, both taking pride in their work, which is ALWAYS of primary importance since I believe it's pride and passion for what you do, that eternally creates the most spectacular of things. So, ultimately, though it took a little extra time, it was well worth it. Ray stepped up and made it right, I have to say he is dependable, communicative and made me a very happy customer! My one bit of advice would be to work on HIS timeline so he has the opportunity to bring in his best guys to your job. Good things come to those who wait and now I have a stunning, sleek, functional and beautiful new bathroom! Thank you to Andreas and Ray! Highly recommend!
