We used Living Solar originally for a small PV system and were happy enough to use Ben Jason again…read morefor a much larger system and that was our mistake. The new system had major electrical issues that the owner, Ben, refused to diagnose. He would not answer emails or phone calls. Finally after 9 months of no action, we diagnosed the problem ourselves, found the problem was a faulty junction box and replaced the box and wiring. We have had no issues since. Ben not only refused to do this work, he refused to refund us the cost the replacement box and wiring. My advise is: DO NOT USE HIM! He only cares about new customers and the payment they make. Warranty work is of no concern, the same as customer satisfaction. We know someone else had the same issues and they had to hire a different solar installer to fix Living Solar shoddy install and products.

My solar system went down due to some faulty wiring in a junction box. I called and emailed Ben…read moreJason at least 14 times without response. I have heard from other people that same story. Luckily another company (flatrock solar) came out and fixed the substandard work. I have heard that his excuse is that he is too busy to deal with residential problems now. In my opinion I do not think he honors his commitment to his customers. I would not recommend him or his company.

A friend recommended Fahrenheit Enterprises to me. We are new to the area and didn't really know…read morewho to go with. I did get three bids and this was by far the most reasonable for a split-unit HVAC system. What I liked most was that Ryan always was very prompt in all communications and followed through with anything we talked about. His installers were very professional and courteous. They also were very thorough in explaining how to best use the system without any hiccups. We love the system so far but have not used the AC but the have used heaters which is a bonus if you don't want to heat your whole house but just one room. It is super quiet and does a great job!! We are really happy we decided to put in the system and and can highly recommend this company!! It was just a nice surprise to have it all go so smoothly!!

We had an issue with the AC at the…read morehouse I was staying at--it would turn on and then within a minute, the fuse on the unit would blow. I found Brian's company online via some good yelp reviews here and his website, called him and he happen to have a cancellation, so he came out pretty quickly. He assessed the issue and fixed it right then and there and billed me a really fair cost for his services. Thanks Brian, for the quick help! Note: Folks, please note that there are two more reviews in addition to mine and Jeff M's at the bottom of the page. It's just that they didn't assign any stars to their reviews (by mistake I am sure) so those reviews are listed under "2 other reviews that are not currently recommended" which really shouldn't be listed as such as they are positive reviews... Kind of a "Yelp glitch", I'd say...
