This was my first time, coming to SOCO Smog Test, and I immediately want to recommend it to everyone I know! Angela owns and operates this business, and she is one of the most poised, professional, and kind business owners I've ever come in contact with. In such a male-dominated field, it was such a breath of fresh air to come to this women-owned and -operated establishment. The test was super quick (less than 15 minutes), and she offers a nice sitting area with cold refreshments while you wait. Check out was also very smooth and easy, and with the online coupon, it was one of the cheaper smog tests I've received! If you're in need of a STAR-certified smog check, SOCO Smog Test is the place to go! read more

Outstanding service! Great communication, fast service, and super friendly! Highly recommend coming here!

If you need a smog check in Costa Mesa and want somewhere that is fast, clean, friendly, and easy to book, I definitely recommend Soco Smog Test. I'll absolutely come back the next time I need one! read more

I absolutely love this place! I found this place accidentally a few years ago and I loved it so much that when it came to smogging my vehicle again I had to revisit! I live over 20 miles away but the genuine service, upfront rate, quick service and easy appointments make this place top notch for me! read more

I was so happy to find out that my favorite smog station is also STAR certified as that was a requirement for my vehicle registration this year. Soco smog station is still the best station in the area. The owner (Angie) is so friendly and even remembered me from my previous visits. How many people can say their smog station remembers them? The visits are very quick and I've never had to wait in line to get the test done. I've had luck whenever I go in the mid morning. Angie is honest so I would ignore the bad reviews you see here. There are a lot of smog stations out there that will pass cars that should not pass which causes the rest of us to suffer and breathe in bad air quality! If you don't believe me, google it. Thank goodness for reputable stations like Soco! read more
