This review is based solely on trying to contact/receive service, not service that was actually rendered. I'm sure if I had been able to get in, the service would have been great. I was thrilled to find a salon with such high reviews in the area. Obviously, with this many reviews and stars, this is a great find. Until you try to get a hold of someone that is. I read in another review that someone was having a difficult time making an appointment, and one of the workers replied to the review, explaining that the girls all work different hours and there is no real receptionist on duty. Noted. But if you have a phone number on your website, and people leave a message, don't you want someone to get back to them? Even if you're only replying to say you're booked? I called on three different days trying to make an appointment for a bride and her maid of honor. I left three different messages stating that I would appreciate a reply informing me of availability. That was two weeks ago. I even saw something (either on their Yelp page or online elsewhere, I can't recall) that stated that you can text as well, which sounds like they're doing their best to accommodate everyone. But two text messages and three voicemails later and still no response? No thank you. Just as a suggestion ladies... I recommend you start being more aware of growing your business. It looks like you guys have an amazing following of regulars that have been coming to you for years, and they've all left amazing reviews...but if you continue to disregard new customers, you can only go so far. read more

I want to start off by saying Soco lashes look like they do an amazing job doing lashes. Their Instagram page looks beautiful. I personally haven't used any of their products so I can't comment on that. Unfortunately I'm so very disappointed in the creative on-line training I took with them recently. I paid $595 that was with small kit included but class itself was $475. Every other lash on line class is about 3 to 4 hours of training for that price and I've taken a few from amazing salons. Soco online training I took was a video that wasn't even 10 minutes long. I don't understand at all how any company would feel good about charging $475 for a training video which shows wiping adhesive away with your fingers. It's not safe on skin period as far as I know. I should have researched before I purchased so I am just writing this review to have anyone who's looking for lash classes to do your research. Just because other companies have much longer training videos doesn't mean they all do. I was so excited to learn from this company but I no way would have paid that for a 9 min video. Just research every class and find out exactly what you're spending your hard earned money is spent on. This is not a negative on their products or quality of work. read more

I love The Loft at the Boulevard! Nicholle does my lashes and I am absolutely in love with them! I have had them on for almost 5 months now and I can't imagine my life without them. Lots of my friends have had complaints about their lash experience, such as the glue irritating their eyes or their lashes falling off too quickly but I have never had any problems. My lashes stay on for weeks with very little fall out and even by the time I go in for a fill they still look full and beautiful. I was a little worried at first that the lashes would look too full since I don't wear much makeup but Nicholle does an amazing job of making them look natural. She is super sweet and I could talk to her for hours! I love going to get my lashes done because it's a great way to relax after a busy week and getting to catch up with Nicholle and having my lashes full is always a great time. I would recommend anyone looking to get their lashes done to go to Nicholle, she is absolutely the best. read more

The Loft at the Boulevard Salon is the place to go! This is the best place I have come across in this area. The only nail artist I have been lucky enough to get an appt with has been Alisha. Alisha is everything you want in a nail artist. She is friendly, outgoing, greatly accommodating (wonderful customer service!) and very precise when it comes to nails. Before my trip to Hawaii, Alisha had put gel polish on my nails and had told me if any chips/problems were to occur before my trip, I could come in and she would fix it up. I thought this was very professional, and I also believe Alisha is very creative and is awesome at what she does. The rest of the lovely gals who work at the Loft are wonderful as well. Every visit is a great one and I refuse to go anywhere else. The location and interior of the loft is very cute and is more "home-y". I highly recommend this place. 10/10 read more

I started coming to the Loft at the Boulevard for Nicholle Smith. Out of all the hair stylists I have seen in Sonoma County Nicholle blows them all out of the water. Not only will she make you feel and look beautiful but she will make you feel comfortable and at home at the Loft with her kind, positive and professional attitude. If you are looking for a hair stylist that will listen to what you want, go out of her way for clients, and make you feel incredible look no further, Nicholle is your girl. And if she isn't available then her twin sister Michelle will take equally as good of care of you!! Michelle is just as incredible and will make you feel beautiful whether she is doing your hair or your lashes! Trust me, these twins know what they are doing and are amazing at it! Thank you both for your incredible and professional services :) read more

Jena and the girls here are fabulous! I've known Jena for years, and she's always been wonderful. She's still wonderful, but now she'salso got a great group of girls working with her. Not once now, but twice have I realized "Oh crap, I meant to call days ago about getting rockstar toes done for this weekend!" and sent a frantic message on facebook "Can one of you pleasepleaseplease squeeze me in tomorrow? But I'm only free between these certain times..." and I always hear back from Jena that she's checking with her girls to see who's free. Both times I was able to get in with Kim and was able to have super sparkly beautiful toes for the events I had going on. read more

I am a nail fanatic, so let me tell you, Jena Cash and her team at The Loft are the most talented group of manicurists I've ever met! I always feel so comfortable and welcomed every Time I come into the salon. Jena is very creative and such a pleasure to do business with :) I wouldn't trust any other salon with my nails. They get the job done in a reasonable amount of time and my nails don't lift, crack or break. ( and I go without a fill for up to 3 weeks) If you want beautiful nails, go to the Loft!!! :) read more

I have been going to Michelle and Nicholle for a couple months and all I have to say is how beautiful they are inside and out! Not only giving amazing prices and great beauty outcomes for customers, they bring a positive environment for everyone making it worth while! I get eye lash extensions and they always come out beautiful, full, and to the appropriate length I always wanted them. Would definitely come back and continue business with them read more

I continue to be more than happy with my nails by Morgan. She always is up to whatever crazy or boring idea I have to do week by week. And I'm always texting her last minute to make an appt with her and she always finds time to see me! Like today.. I broke a nail this morning after just getting them done yesterday. I sent her a text and I was able to get in to get it fixed the same day. She is amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else!! :) read more

After I see Jenna, my toes are priceless! They look like they're covered in fire opals. What's more, it's fantastic because I get weeks where I can play in the sand, wear hiking boots, and get rough and tumble with my son without having to get my toes redone. Being a mom, I love having the opportunity to be hands on and stunningly beautiful. I can't recommend her highly enough! read more

If you are pro choice or non binary, do not go to this person for your services! She doesn't support her Sebastopolian like community!
