The customer service here is horrible. My family members have had the same issues i have. I went in and switched the contacts for the first time, the person helping me didnt help me figure out how to put them in. I asked for help or tips and she didn't reply. I called and asked for a trial set of contacts to try (just a couple of days to test them) and they wouldn't give me a sample. My previous offices would always give/offer a trial of different brands or if i just wanted to try contacts. I am always put on hold, even though the answering agent says i'm the only one in line. Go anywhere else, the service alone is enough to skip. read more

Dr. Ramsey was amazing! I found his practice because it was the best reviewed on Google in my area. Well, Google was right! The customer service from making the appointment all the way through check out was excellent. We are both attorneys so we spend a lot of time reading on computer screens, which has had an awful effect on our vision. My husband and I both got a vision check and new glasses and we love them! Dr. Ramsey has a real eye (no pun intended) for what looks good on your face and I'm so happy I went with his recommendation. I have no doubt that Dr Ramsey Knows his stuff, however, I find it very off putting that he will prescribe a lense he wants you to try but when that's NG you have to fight for them to give you your old lense perscription back. Fast forward to 6 months after my exam, I wanted a daily contact lense. I don't appreciate them telling me I have to come in for another exam just to get a daily!!! That is BS. I KNOW BECAUSE MY PRIOR DOC WOULD GIVE EITHER AT MY CHOICE. Insurance won't pay for another exam in under a year. This just adds to the overpriced eyeglasses sold here. Quoted 775 for RayBans. Available Online for $375. Just be honest with folks. Not happy and will likely switch docs. read more

My son and I went for our eye visits. We were emailed the documents before we arrived and had the option of completing them without being rushed. At the appointment, I had to take my two- and four- year olds with me to meet my husband. The staff found ways to incorporate them as to not interrupt our appointment times. Ok so let me start by saying I was a patient of Dr Ramsey's prior to my move to NY and have been for years. I love the atmosphere of his office, it makes me feel like I'm in an art gallery, from the music playing in the background to the stellar selection of frames. Fast forward to this week Wednesday, I am back in beautiful south Fl and I sat on my designer frames and broke them beyond repair. I immediately went to the Socialite Vision website and saw that I was able to go into the office as long as I was Covid-19 precaution compliant and wearing my mask. Per usual Dr Ramsey and his amazing team surpass all my expectations from him taking the time to assist me with selecting frames that he knew would fit my face and style to how patient he was with me going back and fourth between the 2 almost identical clear frames I selected. The icing on the cake was when I didn't think the frames would be ready for a week and I got the text saying I could pick them up within 3 days of my appointment. There's so many positive things to say about this place. To start off, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The ladies greeted both of us with a smile. We didn't have to wait long and was seen minutes after walking in the door. We were actually here for my boyfriend for a contact consultation and just a standard eye exam. When we walked into the room, everything was wiped down in front of us. The rooms were all very clean! Now for the most important part, meeting Dr. Ramsey. He greeted us both with a handshake and smile. He was seriously the nicest guy. He asked us about our time here and talked a little bit about golf (which is why my boyfriend is down here) and just made it so comfortable for us. Dr. Ramsey was very knowledgeable and made sure to explain things very throughly with us. My boyfriend has been struggling with finding the right contacts for his eyes because his prescription is rare. Dr. Ramsey made sure to find the exact contacts for him and gave other advice with glasses. I just can't express enough how enjoyable Dr. Ramsey was! We both left so happy. My boyfriend can finally see clearly after struggling for years trying to find the right contacts and getting the correct information. Thank you Dr. Ramsey and staff for such a great experience.
