A HUGE THANK YOU to the whole team for taking such amazing care of my son and I! Dr. Kelso has expert hands removing debris from the eye!! Absolute best!! read more

I came to Dr. Kelso after a misdiagnosis by another eye specialist. Dr. Kelso was kind enough to see me early in the morning without an appointment. She immediately identified the severity of my eye injury and prescribed the appropriate medication and approach for treatment. The intense pain was alleviated overnight just from the first visit, and I have been getting progressively better by each day. Thank you also to Dr. Kelso's staff for the accommodation and care. So happy that I found these folks! read more

Lady in the eye glasses section didn't greet us until after we greeted her. When asked about taking VSP insurance, in the phone she said yes, in person she stated they only allow an $80 reimbursement. No smile, no kind of customer service at all. We left & went across the street to Chasewood Plaza where we found a great optical store .. they took VSP and we bought 2 pairs of glasses. read more

Dr Travis went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. They delivered top notch customer service. I'll definitely recommend to everyone I know that needs glasses. read more

Dr was demeaning and just plain mean. Not helpful at all. His staff seemed pleasant enough. Condescending attitude.

From the moment you walk in the customer service is top notch! This office is clean and high-tech bright and airy and everyone is serving you with a smile! Dr. Nancy Kelso, the eye doctor is an absolute joy! In under an hour I had my annual eye check up, contacts ordered and eyes dilated. I would never think of going anywhere else, Dr. Kelso makes you feel like she really cares about you and I get my contacts in less than 24 hours with a $75 rebate! Who can complain about that? I highly recommend this place! read more

Doctors and staff are very nice. Large selection of eyewear. Highly recommended, I just wish they would still take my insurance, but they no longer do. read more

Dr. Kelso and her team are amazing. Professional, friendly, timely. They go above and beyond. I had to go to other places because of insurance & there is no comparison! I will go back to Dr. Kelso. read more

Excellent eye care, staff is amazing. Dr Kelso is patient in helping find the right contacts. Staff very helpful with contact fittings.

Was very disappointed to find out that I made my usual yearly appointment a month ago they confirmed my appointment a few days ago. I was called today because my birthday is missing from the file, and by the way, we no longer accept your insurance. Why wasn't I told that a month ago? VSP is acceptable at many places, time to change offices. read more

Once again Jupiter Eye Care and Michael came through when I was in a bind. The right arm of my eyeglasses broke and Michael said to come by to see what he could do. The office was very busy, but as always, Michael took the time to assist me and replaced the broken arm at no cost to me. I will be visiting again next week for my annual exam and new frame/lenses. THANKS again Michael. You and Jupiter Eye Care are THE BEST!!! read more

DO NOT GO!!!!! Absolutely TERRIBLE! When I walked in, the receptionist was nice and easy to work with. That's the only good thing about my experience. I was told by the receptionist that because of my insurance, my visit would be $20. I was excited at that point, but what I was told wasn't true. When it was time to pay, I was told that I owed $90 and I let them know that was incorrect because I was told it would be $20. No one took responsibility for the miscommunication. Everyone blamed it on someone else. I was given a FREE trial pair of contacts to see if they would work in my daily life and not just reading the chart. The doctor told me that since I didn't want to pay $90, I had to give the FREE trial pair of contacts back to her. That's not even the bad part. I asked the eye doctor if she would check the pressure in my eyes. She said that she didn't need to because she already knew that it was 7. After begging her, she jumped up out of chair huffing and puffing and mumbling under her breath. She just about jammed the solution in my eyes because she had an attitude and couldn't believe that I would ask her to do something that took 2 seconds. Once she checked the pressure, she realized that it was 10. She said that doesn't matter, as long as it's close to what she ASSUMED it was. WHAT?!? After that, the rest of the time was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and VERY UNPLEASANT. Everyone in there was rude to me from that point forward. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE, SERIOUSLY!!!!! read more

Professional service, friendly and informative. We will definitely return for eye exams and to replace our glasses. read more

Went in for an eye exam...WOW by far the best treatment ever! Very professional and approachable. Great selection. They by far, hands down the place to go for your eye ware and examination. State of the art testing for sure. My wife went 3 days before my visit and she said the treatment was by far better than the advertising companies. They did it right the first time. read more

My daughter has worn glasses since she was 3 years old and now that she is 6 she wanted "big girl glasses." We walked in just to shop and was greeted by all smiling faces. Everyone was very sweet to my daughter and made her feel comfortable. Before you know it she was trying on glasses for all the staff and other patients. We had a lot of laughs and they made a great first impression. We made an appointment and our exam with Dr. Nancy Kelso didn't disappoint. She is excellent! We will be back. Thanks! read more

Dr. Nancy Kelso is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She is an amazing doctor and person, which any patient appreciates when visiting a practice. This practice is wonderful! I was unhappy with my prior eye doctor and switched to Kelso & Kelso. They have assisted me with contacts and eye glasses for several years now. Every appointment I am treated with courtesy and patience. Dr. Nancy Kelso has explained the diagnostic testing and results thoroughly. She has offered her expertise and suggestions to assist me in making decisions for my best vision correction. Michael has been kind and professional as he assists with insurance, ordering and glasses adjustments. read more

I would not recommend this office, staff can't make a correct appointment, wasted 2 trips and the tech didn't seem to care much!

Best treatment ever! My family and I will only go to them for our eyecare. Staff is friendly and courteous. They are awesome.

I have been going to a different vision care for almost 10 years, so I thought that all eye exams and Optometrists were the same. But after my experience at Pearle, I can honestly tell you that I will never go any where else. The staff was extremely welcoming to me, and the Optometrist was very professional and personable at the same time. The eye exam was extremely thorough, and also educational ( believe it or not! ) After the exam I got to see what my eyes look like from the inside! It was kind of weird and cool too! I asked her so many questions and she answered every one of them. She also informed me how to keep my eyes healthy and gave me a new brand of contacts to try for free! If you have any sort of eye care need I can't recommend Pearle Vision enough! read more

1200 miles from home when I broke my lenses. I stopped into Jupiter Eye Care with my badly bent, magnetic clip-on sunglasses with one lens out and within two minutes they were like new.
