My concern is traffic laws are not followed and you can ride down main street past Burnham drugs doing over 40 when it is a 30 mph zone and no one stops you. Further on you can do over 40 as no one is ever there either, I guess to me if you enforce one law you should be enforcing them all, perhaps they are short of help. Not really sure. I am not trying to down them as i know they have a tough job to do and they need support. With the new Mayor perhaps this will all change for the better, YES ALL LIVES MATTER, GOD BLESSS YOU ALL.

So i went to the post office to pi k up the packabut the carrier was still on their routes. I insisted that i can meet them to get it because I wanted to get started on my vehicle,( i hate depending on others), but by their policy they couldn't allow that for safety reasons. The manager took it upon himself to get and his car and go get the package for me and they wouldn't allow me to tip them. One of the most generous things to happen to me in a while. Employees at this…read moreoffice did not "scan in" a high dollar package sent to me. the tracking displayed an alert status. tracking showed item was delivered to pascagoula usps, 5 days later it was still unscanned, with no location updates. i called them to locate the pckg. she told me it wasnt there. i gave them time and called back. i was patient, and asked some questions about the process at their location, so that i could understand what might have happened. she did not answer my questions. Amy Brown, i will be filing a complaint with the usps, providing them with the recordings i have of all our phone calls, your unprofessional way of communicating, and the part where you admitted that your office failed to scan hundreds of packages before being sent out for delivery. it left customers who rely on the tracking system, more so during this pandemic, without the reasonable expectation that they will receive the goods they necessarily purchase by mail.

Stopped at the Mississippi Welcome Center during a recent drive, and overall it was a decent…read moreexperience. The building was clean and well-maintained, and the restrooms were in semi-good shape, which is always appreciated on a road trip. There were plenty of brochures and maps available, and the staff was polite and helpful when asked questions about local attractions and directions. They still don't offer any type of schotzskys like a Mississippi sticker or anything you'd get for stopping in. The parking area was easy to access, though it did feel a little crowded at times. While everything was functional and fine, there wasn't anything particularly memorable about the stop. There wasnt anything exciting, nothing just pops to make you remember your visiting Mississippi or the visitor center, could maybe use a small refresh or more engaging displays about local history and attractions. Overall, a solid stop if you need a break to stretch your legs while traveling through Mississippi. Not outstanding, but definitely convenient and worthwhile.

There is a really nice mural of the Singing River Indians on one wall. This post office has two outside drive through drop boxes and two inside drop boxes. They offer all the standard post office services.
