Quick, friendly service. When you check in at th the kiosk, it appears that you are directed to a specific window. This makes it very fast.

[This is part of a set of reviews covering establishments my family and I encountered while taking…read morea road trip to Cincinnati.] So we're headed out of Merrillville, IN onto I-65 toward Indianapolis. A few miles down the road, I see a small white, unassuming road sign that says "rough road ahead." A few miles later, my shocks were put to the test on one of the worst interstate roads I have ever been on. It felt like we were on a rickety roller coaster but without the ups and downs. At some points, it felt worse than some of the gravel roads I've driven on. By the looks of the road, the bumps were all caused by patches here and there, or the lack thereof. This went on for about 20 miles. I don't know if INDoT is to blame for this malady of a road given that Indiana is a very localized governmental structure. But being an Interstate, I would think that would fall under state jurisdiction. In any case, I can't believe they would be so short of money that they would put up a road sign rather than actually FIX the road. To be fair, the rest of I-65 to Indy, including the Northbound section of this area, was fine. Much of it looked patchy, but was a fairly smooth ride. INDoT better be careful. They might start getting bills from wheel alignment services.

I contacted INDOT by phone last weekend regarding loud explosive noises by semI-trucks regularly…read morealong I-70 corridor between Franklin Place and Post Road since the Fall of 2025 after INDOT maintenance was occupied in that stretch of road that runs adjacent to my apartment complex. I had no idea that my inquiry would unleash such negativity from the clerk. She went into complete denial that the level of noise I described was even possible since DOT patrolled the roads constantly for speeding and noise. When I insisted the explosive sounds were happening night and day for months, she abruptly ended the call with "OK you have a noise complaint". She did not ask for my identity or address which leads me to believe that my call was a waste of time. I will look into how to report the issue without encountering DOT attitude.
