This place is way far from professional and should be audited starting with the clerks. The many…read moretimes I went there they were very rude they do not greet you they get upset when you ask questions or to direct you in the right direction. There is one there who displays her tattoos that should not be allowed and then the makeup they wear is like they are going to a nightclub bright red lipstick or black lipstick is so unprofessional. Then moving on to the courtroom and the attorneys is far far from what a good legal system should be. They avoid the topic they victimize the victim and they do not know the current laws. horrible experience. I do not reccomend this place and it should be audited.

Terrible public service when they pick up. My green can has a few branches from a bush not a tree…read morethat stick out and they leave a note saying they won't pick up. However my neighbor overflows his black garbage so much that he uses other cans. He has to put food waste in his blue can that is over flowing and it's taken? All three are left on the street and he never gets a note. Do you know how much recycled paper is wasted from his pizza boxes and trash in the blue can? I then watched them pick up his over flowing blue can with non recycling in it. Then they pass my blue can 30 feet away completely with a closed lid. I guess they won't pick up because it was a feet too close to my blue can? On the note they left they have multiple check box for the lazy employees that think they deserve more money for doing less. One of them is "handle must face away from street." It's easier to get a pin, paper and tag the can then turn the can around? I'm going to start telling kids if they're bored one night walking just turn everyone's can backwards and then you can make everyone mad and they'll call you up. I can also tell them just move the can back a few feet and the garbage man won't pick it up. Does anyone remember when the garbage man had to get out and pick up every can? Oh wait they still do in most big cities. You lazy bums! People in the office seem nice and helpful. They said they would both be picked up tomorrow. Remember we have to pay for this horrible service . I go out of my way at work and make things right the first time. Then I get to watch you make three things wrong in a few hours. Update driving around my neighborhood I saw other blue and green cans not taken. Cardboard hanging out a little bit. You make these rules, but nobody paying for garbage pick up signed a contract with these silly rules. So if things aren't taken when we give them to you. We can leave what you don't pick up on the street, so I can move my cans to the backyard and refill them for next week. You abandoned these items that will be in the road since I pay for pick up.

Good & Bad: First, the good: counter service is consistently…read moregreat. No when in particular stands out because all of their help as alert, thorough and tries to get that lying down. The bad: Our new is mail carrier these past. Couple of weeks is horrible. We live near Irwin & Douty, and four times in the last week we've received other peoples mail and we found what looked like a birthday card for a neighbor on Douty in the middle of the street...on Irwin. We tried to get his attention, but he was listening to his gf/wife or somebody on a speaker phone (?) and we now hear this every day unless it's another sub carrier. He just doesn't pay attention (is this allowable - the phone - speaker thing?). He alo cuts through people's shribbery and leaves the wrong mail in our other neighbors' boxes too. Perhaps it is because he is not concentrating on what he is delivering and instead he's concentrating on the conversation in his ears? Also, he has not picked up our mail three times in the last two weeks even though our flag has been up. This is getting beyond bad and our complaints are not being heard.
