Here's my take: I've had numerous dealings with various attorneys across different legal matters, and US Disability Group proved to be outstanding in every way. From start to finish, Andrew, Emily, Nicole, and Zorica delivered. This is truly the firm you want on your side. In my experience, many Arizona-based attorneys tend to be lower in caliber compared to those I've worked with in California -- but US Disability Group stands far above the rest. Special thanks to Emily Tedone, who went above and beyond to win my case, and to Andrew for taking me on in the first place!

My claim was accepted without limitation at the very technical and thorough hearing for reconsideration (what ever that court hearing is called). My claim was difficult but strong. I have worked with people with brain injuries. Jeff can do wonderful things for those clients. In my case, My (non-brain) injuries stemmed from a barely survivable head-on collision over 40 years ago. I managed to recover with a great deal of effort. Mostly strong muscles supporting and compensating for severe skeletal damage. I had a long productive career. I loved my job. Recent injuries destabilized those compensating mechanisms leaving me in constant pain, weakness, and unable to sit unmedicated for long periods of time. I did not want to go on disability. I had no choice. If you have a complicated but honest claim like I did, AND you are willing to work to your best ability with Jeff, He can do wonders.

Apparently she can't do math either. Everything that everyone's saying is true. Your little post about Yelp messing with your reviews is a lie. The truth is YOU SUCK and no one's falling for it. But keep posting it on almost EVERY BAD REVIEW! Trying to lie, again.... 25 times! Photos attached. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They don't even deserve one star. This "law firm" and "Lawyer" Stephanie Lake are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! The lawyer is rude, unprofessional and doesn't do her job. They have been "helping me" with my disability case and have done absolutely nothing but send me the same paperwork I get from Disability directly, and just add a cover letter. They NEVER contact you! I haven't spoken with, or been contacted by, anyone from their office since September of 2023. It's now 2025 and I had to call them! I've called Stephanie twice, years apart, and she NEVER called me back. The office staff is the rudest I've ever dealt with. The woman I spoke to was rude, talked down to me, wouldn't let me talk and when I did get a word in she just yelled over me. It was a horrible experience. Then, I finally get a call from Stephanie today and she's a total B*TCH. All I wanted was an update on my case because I have NEVER RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION from them. Since 2021. NOTHING! And that's when her head exploded and she went psycho. She started yelling at me telling me everything was my fault. She lied and said I hadn't been turning in my paperwork, which I had. She literally went nuts. I think it's because I figured out the scam. She had nothing to show me because they hadn't done anything about my case. She didn't even know who I was. They take cases and then do as little as possible. Then she FIRED me as a client, wouldn't let me speak, and then HUNG UP ON ME! Like a child. She's supposed to be professional. Is that way she should be treating her Clients? She's crazy and should be nowhere near a court room. I was going to her to help me and all she did was make things worse for me. I have a very serious mental health condition and Stephine should have know that if she actually read my case. I don't need her and her crappy office people making me feel worse! In closing I just want to say AVOID THIS LAW FIRM AND STEPHANIE LAKE. Rudest, most unprofessional group of people I've ever encountered. They don't do their jobs and they're rude as hell on top of it. When you're sick and trying to get disability you need someone compassionate on your side. She IS NOT that person. I beg you to find someone else. Oh and report her to the Bar of Arizona. I am!

The Great Working with my lawyer Janel Cisneros has been fantastic. She is professional, punctual, keeps her word, and follows up on everything. She was everything I was hoping for in a lawyer, and would I absolutely work with her in the future. Highly recommended! 5/5 The okay The paralegals were very respectful and nice, I'll give them that. But there were some issues with them being asked to make a call or get a form, and then they just don't do it. It was frustrating to say the least, as I had to do a lot of the calling around and legwork in the early parts of the case when I was still recovering. Roswill and Lisa were great, but with the others there were issues. 4/5 The bad Towards the end of my case, I had some legal questions that were not a specialty of my lawyer, so she recommended another lawyer her firm works with named David Don. After calling over a few weeks, so scoffed at me, told me it was unfortunate what happened, but he just didn't want the case. A simple no would of been fine, but this guy just wanted to insult me, and was as rude as possible. This is a BIG red mark on The Husband and Wife Law Firm. Associating with someone who treats your clients like that is very insulting, and makes me question where this law firms morals are. My lawyer apologized later, but still a huge F for both here and Mr. Don. 0/5 Well, after a very long wait I was able to experience working with multiple people in this law firm. Janel was a rockstar, the paralegals have a lot to work with, but need a bit of tweaking on following through (except Roswill and Lisa). The David Don incident was a bad stain on my opinion of this place. But overall I'm giving this place a solid 4/5. I'm putting in 5/5 because yelp giving this place 3 point whatever is way too low, and they honestly deserve something in the 4-5 range. 5/5 range if they stop recommending David Don. Thanks again Janel and say hi to Roswill for me. Enjoy the gift! Edit: I received a call from someone working at the firm to inform me they are no longer recommending Mr. Don, nor are they working with his firm. This is 5/5 attitude to have and makes me want to recommend this place more. See a problem and fix it. Not put a band-aid on it, but fix it. Well done H&W LT.
