Truly the most capable and the most caring law firm. I appreciate the hard work and dedication that they put into every case.

Matt Fendon Law Group - The Attorneys at MFLG are your "rock" as you go through your serious struggles with your worker's comp case

Matt Fendon Law Group aggressively fought for my rights as an injured employee. Not only did Megan Bornmann, my case attorney, fight for my rights, she was always willing to explain everything in layman's terms. I have a lot of experience with criminal law, but Worker's Comp laws are very complicated. Matt Fendon really cares about his clients. He even called me personally. Don't let the State intimidate you. I tried to be work with the State, but they made it clear they weren't there to help me. They were only interested in not having to pay for my injuries. I have recommended The Matt Fendon Law Group to others. It's a shame you must have an attorney to receive your total benefits when you are injured at work. My former Worker's Comp Attorney asked me to lie, and I fired him. I thank GOD for finding Matt Fendon Law Group. They have always been above the board. They have restored my faith in attorneys.

After all this was done , and I put in a review that also explicitly says I hired someone else, you decide to take my case and email me. All the evidence is there, any good lawyer would stop harassing me and find a new receptionist. Stop contacting me anywhere. I want no more contact with you. Have a good day

We had the good fortune to work with Mr. Samuel Dampt, who was able to meet with us immediately and explain the entire process. He was attentive and professional and began working on our case without delay. His prompt filings and communications about the next steps and well-researched and organized responses with the courts guided us through the seven months it took to resolve our case. His attention to detail, incredible communication skills, and ultimate level-headed performance in the final oral argument won our case. It gave us the closure to put this final chapter behind us. We could not be happier with the fantastic team at Denton Peterson Dunn that worked diligently to get us a result that we could not have imagined when we first called with our questions about the validity of it all. While I recommend that you call this fantastic firm because their knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy are the best, you probably need to know that the cost isn't even a fraction of what we expected to pay for resolution. Their rates are beyond reasonable for the attention and results you'll get. If you need to resolve any civil litigation, these are the people you need to get in touch with. Excellent!

Excellent Counsel I…read morehad the fortune of working with Robaina & Kresin for an employment law issue. Edmundo Robaina, a principal of the firm, was the attorney I worked with. Throughout the matter, I appreciated Ed's experience and expertise. He painted the legal framework for us to make a clean legal strategy. He was thorough in understanding the points of the case. His focused but calm demeanor was effective throughout, as was our mutual want to create a respectful context for everyone involved to achieve a good outcome. Just as impressive, Ed was able to achieve more than what I had mapped out as a reasonable conclusion for all parties and we concluded things in about two months. The firm's rates are very fair, especially given his strong record in litigation, relationships in the Valley, and the speed with which we were able to conclude things. In terms of overall value, Robaina & Kresin is a superior firm versus others I've worked with in my professional career. Ed and his team are an exceptional resource for employment law matters. There is a good reason why they are rated so well on legal referral sites, as well.

DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM! They will take your money and run and lie to you about communication with…read morethe defendant. This firm outright lied to us about communication with the defendant and then tried to blow it off as a "miscommunication". Even if that was true, it only proves how truly incompetent Troy Foster and his associates are. Troy Foster was engaged to represent us with a breach of contract. He eagerly accepted our $5000 fee and then we had no communication from him for weeks. I emailed them and asked if they had received any reply from the demand letter that we believed had been sent, only to receive a reply back from an office staff member stating that they had not heard anything yet, but Troy was expecting to hear something soon and he would reach out to them. This was on May 21, 2024, six weeks AFTER they took the $5000 from us After finally pushing Troy for some communication, he then informed us that the employer didn't want to settle. I asked numerous times for a hard copy of the demand letter and reply and I was given the runaround. I finally received a copy, and to my surprise, it was dated May 21, 2024, the SAME DAY I received an email from Troy's assistant telling us they hadn't heard back yet. They took the $5000 and sat on our case for six weeks and then outright lied to us about communication from the employer. Of course they hadn't heard back from the employer. It's a little hard to reply when no letter was ever sent Troy later did a tap dance about the why's and when's and had to audacity to tell us he needed more money to move forward. Do yourself a favor and find an attorney who isn't deceptive in their communication. Troy wasted months of our time on a case with a one year limitation to file litigation. You would probably be better off paying Legal Zoom to draft your letter. We have initiated a complaint with the credit card company that processed the payment and will be following through with a complaint to the State Attorney Generals consumer affairs office, as well as the State Bar of Arizona In response to Foster's reply to this review: You've completely ignored how deceptive your firm has been with the communication. This isn't about the outcome, because quite frankly you rolled over on the first communication. This is about your dishonesty in telling us you hadn't heard anything from them yet when you hadn't even contacted them six weeks after you took our $5000. Trust is vital in a lawyer/client relationship. You broke that trust with your dishonesty. Troy and his team are so incompetent that his assistant gave Troy the wrong phone number to call and when I pressed Troy Foster about them LYING to us about sending the demand letter, he simply chalked it up as a "miscommunication" I think Troy must have sent in his 25¢ and the coupon on the back of a comic book to get his law degree. The incompetence is staggering. Save your money and hire a different firm UPDATE: after this firm took my $5000 and did nothing, I took it upon myself to contact the employer. It took several requests but they did finally send me a copy of the recruitment file which proved our claim against them. Apparently Foster Law doesn't know how to do this, or perhaps that costs $10,000 ‍ Anyways, I managed to handle this on my own and we are negotiating a settlement.

Which I did. I asked the "receptionist" how I could initiate a consultation and what that would entail. She rushed through a brief explanation accentuating that it would be $450 for a consultation. I asked if she could send me the details of what we discussed so I could consider everything and she said "Sure I will text it to you". I don't know if she had my number or just never intended to help me but I didn't give her any information and she didn't ask. I sent another message through the thread pointing out that I still hadn't received anything from her and got no reply this time. At the very end of the day I sent another message saying it was disappointing their follow through. That was 6 days and still nothing. Not a very inspiring first impression for a potential client who is looking to hire. I have since been contacted and communicating with another practice near this one who is planning to help me. Troy and his office obviously don't need your business so don't give it to them!
