I was helped by a couple of young guys on the sales floor; high school age, eager for the sale, and they did a great job. Their professionalism and friendly service reminded me of my first sales job, and I have to give them props... it's not easy, especially these days. I called ahead about a hard-to-find field jacket liner, and they knew exactly where to take me on arrival. They even let me try it in my jacket to make sure it fit perfectly. By the end of my visit, I had also picked up a hat and handkerchief. Service was that good! The store has an incredible selection, Carhart and Dickies, true surplus, you name it! Despite the fact that it's meant to be a warehouse, I didn't find the shoes that much cheaper than a regular Steve Madden. The sale selection was rather limited. The two sales racks were buy one, get the second one 90% off. But everything else in the store was regular price. They had scratch cards, so I was able to get 30% off. But the price of the wedges were $79, which I didn't think was warehouse price at all. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase but I think the warehouse part is a bit misleading.
