Absolutely terrible alterations and customer service. They were super nice when selling me $3,000…read morein clothing but difficult when I contacted them about alteration corrections. Rather than saying, "You're right..The sleeves are still too long and the shirts look unfitted. Or, "Yes, the trousers are too short." They turned it into a subjective situation trying to make it a "OK, it took us longer than we told you and it wasn't done to your taste."... No, it was 3k, fits terribly, and, clearly not correct. Then the salesman calls me and asks what I'm trying to accomplish by sending photos of the dumpy shirt and short trousers?? I'm trying to show you how bad the alterations look! Terrible place.

DO NOT BUY HERE! Needed to exchange, not return , clothes…read moreat around 75 days from purchase. (They have an Abysmal return policy). The manager was prickly and completely unsympathetic from the start. She couldn't or wouldn't even look up by credit card history to verify the purchase like everyday stores such as Target or Menards can. One would think a store of this caliber would at least TRY to be accommodating to their clientele. I can't trust them with my business I don't think anyone else should either.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PARTICULAR DICKS First of all just want…read moreto say Thank you to the services provided at S Cleveland Store Fort Myers. I ran into a terrible situation. And they helped me make it right. Really made a customer feel taken care of for a honest mistake. Oct 26th at 8:30pm I bought a bike for my son. A surprise gift he's worked hard for and he's earned it. We got it late as we got dinner just before. When getting home I accidentally took the bike down but fell onto the bike. Bent the back rim. Totally my fault. A true honest mistake! Hoping since I just bought the bike. With the receipt & being honest it would be a simple exchange. October 27th 4:30 pm I went back to the bike section found the exact same model color. Nothing different brought it down to the counter. Let the cashier know the situation. Brought the bike in. They needed a manager to check it out. Mindy the store manager thought differently. She wanted to make it clear she would not take my bike back as she knows she did not sell it to me that way. She does a whole bike inspection to make sure they're safe to ride (lady couldn't tighten a bolt with her strength nor tell me a bike a safe if she depended on it) After I stated I did this. Not my 10 year old son who this bike was intended for!! She told me she would not lie and say we sold this as it's a defective bike. Not at all one bit what I told the lady to do. I told her to help me out as she acted like this was a criminal act that I made a mistake and was looking for some help. She told me I would have to order parts for it and wait for them to come in so they could replace them as I would have to pay for the parts as well. After showing her I have the exact same bike with perfectly good parts right here. She began to give me her trained attitude but could not look at me when speaking to me. I told her to look at me when she speaking to me and she decided to throw me out the store and that she would not help me. Immediately I called dicks help center where I told them the exact same story and situation. Where both employees told me the bike should've been exchanged no problem. It's a dicks branded bike. This wasn't a outsource high end brand where possibly going through another supplier was the issue. I was then informed to go to a different store where I could again try and exchange the bike. And this time I had help center on the line ready to help with any push back. Not a single word said you can't have this bike. I was actually helped more at the other store. Where they had technicians on hand. Adjusted my son's new bike. MADE SURE the bike pulled off the racks was actually inspected not like Mindy says she does. And it did need manager approval who was so sweet and even made sure my son got the correct size bike but bigger so he can continue to ride it for years. Mindy you are thee worst manager ever. And if you felt you did your job. You did the opposite. I will never do business with anything you are near. I really can't believe you let a policy that you were wrong about ruin being a good person with power. You could've handled this situation and made it right but you decided to be a Karen in the manager field. To the nice cashier. I'm sorry you have to work with her. Honestly anyone who has to deal with her. Thee worst lady to work with. Thank you Annette, Thank you Keisha, Thank you Abby, Thank you BK. Really made a honest mistake turned right. My son loves his bike. Now if he breaks it that's on him. I'm not going near it
