Disappointing Experience with SoCal Seamless: Lack of Response and Unresolved Issues: I recently (2023) had a disappointing experience with SoCal Seamless, and it's important to share my honest feedback to help others make informed decisions. Initially, the installation of their product seemed promising. However, when the rain came, it revealed various problems with the installation that needed attention. After contacting Kris Peterson, the owner of SoCal Seamless, I promptly provided all the requested photos and videos of the issues. Unfortunately, it took several weeks for him to send one of his workers to address some of the problems. While this was a step in the right direction, it became apparent that the fixes needed to be more comprehensive as the issues resurfaced during subsequent rainfall. I contacted Kris again to discuss the persisting problems, such as leaking gutters and a too-short gutter's failure to capture the runoff effectively. Surprisingly, instead of acknowledging these issues, Kris denied their existence and even dismissed his own worker's observations. It was quite puzzling why he had sent the worker in the first place if he believed the worker was ill-informed. Kris's demeanor became increasingly rude when I asked about sending someone else to resolve the remaining problems. Regrettably, his responsiveness took a nosedive, and he eventually stopped responding altogether. I attempted to reach out via phone, but all the phone numbers associated with SoCal Seamless led me straight to voicemail and he does not answer his texts anymore, leaving me without direct communication. After researching recent reviews on Yelp, I discovered that my experience is not an isolated incident. SoCal Seamless seems to have adopted a disappointing approach to customer service, showing little concern for their customers' satisfaction. This lack of responsiveness and accountability is deeply concerning. Given the circumstances, I have no choice but to explore alternative options to address the unresolved issues with the installation. It's disheartening and time-consuming to take this route, especially after attempting to resolve the matter amicably with SoCal Seamless. In conclusion, I hope this review provides valuable insights to potential customers considering SoCal Seamless for their gutter installation needs. Based on my experience, the lack of response, dismissive attitude, and failure to address the problems adequately suggest that their commitment to customer satisfaction may need to be revised. Socal was so helpful with all of our water issues around the house. We recently purchased a house in Laguna Niguel that had old gutters, Im guessing they're originals from the day the house was built. anyways, they had major failures happening all over the place resulting in damage to the foundation as well as fascia and trim around the house. We tried a few places and even though these guys weren't the cheapest we felt like they were the right choice. We decided to book them and about 4 days later they came and tore off the old gutters so that we could have all the fascia replaced and painted, after which they came and installed new gutters. I have to say they look much better than I was prepared for. I would even say they add a little uniqueness to our house which the neighborhood is lacking (track homes everywhere). We decided to go with the black gutters on the white trim after Raul showed us some pictures of similar selections and it turned out absolutely perfect. They've even held up throughout all the recent storms we have been having. Can't say enough about how satisfied we are with SoCals work! We needed a pretty big repair on a property in San Juan Capistrano. Kris answered the phone himself the first time we called and was friendly and incredibly helpful during that first phone call when we didn't really know what we would need done or what would be a fair price. Kris gave us a very fair and easy to understand bid and his team did an excellent job. They were clean, polite, quick but thorough, and the work was flawless...you would never know there had been damage. They even identified a couple other areas that needed attention and our gutters look better than ever. Kris and his crew were so easy to work with throughout the whole process. I had been considering copper Raingutters for a long time on my home in Laguna Beach but wasn't sure I wanted to spend the money it might cost. Kris worked with me through all my options and didn't push me toward the copper even though it was more expensive. He asked what my budget was and said he would work with it to get the highest quality product out there. Anyways, they just finished and he came in way under budget. There was even a section of the house that I hadn't originally planned on doing because of the added cost but because they had about 20' leftover he did it for free. I am a roofing contractor in South Orange County. I have gone through numerous rain gutter companies since starting my business in 1997. Most have been have been untimely to say the least. When they schedule an appointment they always postponed or their crew would be sick, etc. SoCal has been a pleasant surprise. They are punctual, quick, and most importantly do amazing work. I have had them do over 30 jobs for me and have yet to have any issues. After many years of frustration with other companies I can highly reccomend this company. I am new to this Yelp thingy, but I signed up just to say how happy I am with the service I received from socal seamless. They were prompt for every appointment and I truly feel like they showed me all the options regarding what was best and most economic given my situation. I was not able to pay in full and so Kris worked with me on some monthly payment options. I think its because he saw how badly I needed new gutters. My home in San Clemente was becoming more and more water damaged as time passed, and Im so thankful that we got that behind us. So Cal Seamless installed new gutters on my house. They removed some old gutters and replaced with great looking new modern seamless gutters. Kris explained a few options when we did the initial walk through and laid out each on the estimate. Scheduling was easy and the install was done on time and as expected. The install team was efficient, respectful and cleaned up everything after, including hauling away our old gutters. Solid company! Kris lived up to his word. His bed was competitive and his work was top-notch. On a high-end home in Corona Del Mar, it's extremely important to have have a quality service, and Kris did that for us. Great service. I had some busted gutters from the last storm and it was time to change them out. Chris bid the job cheaper than anyone else and the gutters look amazing. He even noticed a section on the house not in the bid that was probably going to fail next storm and he replaced that section for free while he was on site!! Wasn't expecting that over top service. Mark is an exceptional guy, with expertise in both technical(gutter) and servicing. He stands for the quality and/or reliability of his work. He came back in a timely manner to adjust a very minor gutter issue - after almost 3 yrs! He installed great looking copper gutters for me a year and a half ago, and anytime there has been a little issue, he has come out immediately and fixed the problem.
