The actual location of the business is in the back of a mechanic shop, which is easy to find. In the gym, there are workout machines, free weights, TRX (suspension training), exercise bands and exercise balls, a climbing rope, and rings hanging from the ceiling, and more. The owner, Carmelo DiPasquale, is currently building a rock climbing wall as well! Carmelo had a military background was very friendly and knowledgeable about fitness. I took a 9am Sunday morning boot camp. I had to sign up online for a drop-in price of $15 ($79 for the month which is 8 classes). There were 7 people total for the boot camp (8 people max per class). The class was run outside and he had all the workout items set up when I arrived. We began with a warmup and transitioned to 8 stations with 3-4 sets: 40 seconds abs/weights/etc. and 30 seconds cardio (jump rope, etc). We ended with a cool down and it was a total of a 1 hour class. Overall, it was a great workout for a reasonable price. Carmelo was very helpful during the workouts. He knew when to push me when I felt like stopping and also knew when I really needed a break. I will be a returning customer next time I visit on vacation and would recommend this business!! Check it out!!
