Dan was fantastic to work with, he couldn't have been more helpful. I brought in my own plain hats and a picture of a logo I wanted embroidered on them. Other businesses would not let me use my own hats that I had already purchased. Dan let me know that for future orders he could get the hats for me at a better price than I had paid, but we could use my hats since I already had them. He then recreated my logo on his computer because they need a file with the logo to be able to embroider it on items. He emailed me a sample of the logo for approval before they proceeded. Then he spent about an hour with me looking at different color combinations in addition to showing me around their business and explaining how the process works and the steps they take to ensure quality. The hats were done on time and I couldn't have been happier with the final product and the process of working with Dan and his team! My logo ended up taking more stitches than Dan had originally estimated but he didn't charge me any extra! I highly recommend SoCal Impressions to anyone who needs screen printing and/or embroidery done!!!

The owner, Adam personally stayed late past closing to hand make and whip out a last minute emergency order that I called in earlier that day for my brother's event. Don't be like me, schedule your stuff ahead of time like a normal person and they'll make you some rad stuff. Pretty terrible experience. I tried to set up an order I was…read morehoping to pick up 5 days later. This was already considered a rush order that came with additional fees. After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.

I showed him a couple of images on my phone and they were squared as photos or photos like images will be on the phone, and I expressed him that I did not want that squared up look that picture frame type look and he assure me that it would be blended in to the shirts only had two shirts, two different designs. He told me 3 business days I waited five and I called him back this morning at 11:30. They said it would be they would be ready by 3:30. I waited until 415 and I called back.The Man asked me if I had if I could resend the image of one of the shirts that I want printed and I asked them what happened they were emailed to you both images. What happened to them? He claimed someone must have taken them and put it in their own personal file. He said one shirt was ready and the other file was misplaced or something and then asked me to hold on for a quick minute which I said fine! Had me on hold for 30 minutes I drove all the way 30 minutes to the to the business only for him to bring the shirts out and I'm still on hold when I walked in the store he brought the shirts out and they were squared and I asked him why were they squared and he told me that that's the only way that they can. That's the way they're gonna come out because that's the way the picture was and then we went back-and-forth and why would you tell me that it wouldn't be squared that it would be blended into the shirt so that it wouldn't look like that so .not only were they late ,but they're inconsistent first impression is last impression so beware this is active impressions. Beware there are entirely too many other businesses around that will treat you fairly. STAND CLEAR!! So for some ungodly reason, the manager or whoever he says he is decides to reply to my review in a manner in which it makes them look like the victim. Hmmmm.... I never spoke to this person once! Only the person that I placed the order with and there was absolutely no mention of any artist consulting or redesigning or anything of the sort! The person that took the order and the money answered all questions with reassurance that the shirts would not come out that way and how it's only square like that on the photo, but for sure would blend in the perimeter, and this was with confidence! As for phone attempts to re-request the file? What since would it make for me to not respond? I already paid! How did they get separate files that were sent together? They flat out lied, dropped the ball and what took so long to contact me if they are being truthful which they are not. And it is very easy to manufacture stories to your benefit when you are trying to protect your business, but right is right! I didn't even demand my money back which I should have, but these were strictly quality samples for me as I expressed in the beginning. This was an honest attempt to share a real business experience, but just a really bad taste in the mouth. A measly 64 dollars it cost to not ever do business here again.
