Overall the team was great, super responsive, and professional from soup to nuts. Jose first gave us a satellite image quote was super helpful as our schedules are always challenging. I had some drainage questions so he came out and we walked the property he gave me an updated quote and we looked at color options. From there we scheduled to install and the day before (Sunday) Jose reached out to see if we were still good with that date. The morning of Julio, the lead install member, reached out to me to give me an ETA and was extremely professional and communicative throughout the entire process. They did a fantastic install and even hauled some of my old gutters away. I was also trenching a drainage pipe while they were here and they were able to tie right into it and worked with me on timing so it all came together at once. After Hurricane Hilary hit I realized the need for rain gutters. I Googled and found Julio Ayon and his team. I read the Yelp reviews and gave him a call. I provided my address & he gave me a quote within 10 mins using an aerial photo off the internet and a program that provided him some pretty accurate measurements. Right then I was pretty impressed. We set a date for install and Julio and his team of 3 additional installers arrived on time (8:00am) and ready to go. What happened next let me know just how professional Julio was. He informed me that me he might not be able to install the gutters due to not having a solid backing to attach them too. He then climbed the ladder and began poking and prodding until he found solid backing. Unfortunately it called for at least 3" stainless screws which he didn't have with him. So, he went to Lowes and purchased them for my job. I've had contractors in the past knowingly do improper installs, but not Julio. They began making the seamless gutters 5 minutes after arriving. The longest gutter I needed measured 80 feet. Watching the team install an 80 foot run of gutter was again impressive. My home has many turns and angles. The team did such an amazing job of fitting the gutters to the angles, that they appeared to be an original part of the house. The team finished the install, wiping down the gutters of any grease or dirt and cleaning up the property of scraps & debris by 5:00pm. The finished product looks amazing with a clean fit and finish.
