They always honor their work and word even with little touch ups or concerns. I have noted that they find the time to work with their clients to address their wants and needs. They performed a full color change PPF on my corvette c8 back in Fall 2024, and I loved their work and team so much I brought my other vehicle the next year. I have always been bit particular with some parts especially minor bubbles, lifting or creases. This is due to my prior experiences with vinyl wrap and detailing, which are expected. The notable thing here is Davey always did his best to listen and acknowledge + perform touch ups to key areas of concern with follow up appointments or whenever I reached out. Even with some conflicting schedules, they did their absolute best to accommodate. In addition to Empire Custom Wraps consistently performing high quality work, they do a variety of services, have a waiting lounge and are easy to get along with. I have also attended some of their hosted events and they were fun, engaging and just a great time. This as well as with many other reasons are why I brought back my other vehicle to them, refer others and always keep them in mind. They always keep their clients at the center of their services, perform amazing work, and most importantly are passionate and communicative. They did an exceptional job on my 2022 Tesla Model 3. It was previously wrapped in 3M Vinyl since June of 2022. I reached out, collaborated with Davey + Natasha regarding a specific color I wanted, and they confirmed they had worked with that material before, and would update me when the PPF arrived so I can plan my drive down from San Jose. Yes I drove both my cars, all the way from the Bay Area to them. That's how great Empire Custom Wraps are! They removed my Tesla's old Vinyl, reported there were no issues with that and performed full color PPF Change. After a few months I drove down for a touch up and despite them being very busy that day, Davey made it a promise that he would do this for me before I drove up. They even invited me to some of their hosted events and ask if I'm in town to bring this car to help showcase their work. This shows how much they care about each vehicle they wrap. The value you get out of a service that they perform is well worth it. Pricing is competitive and reasonable. The work they do is difficult and requires very careful attention to detail, body lines, the type of product they use and so much more.

Initially, PPF was installed to the front of the car. Having the PPF on the car makes washing the car so much easier! The water just beads right off. Now that the PPF has been installed on the entire car, I now have that extra protection, plus I'll be saving so much more time washing my little car. Norbert is always quick to respond and very reliable. At the time of the car drop off and pickup, he's always ready to greet me and my husband. He's very flexible too. Although I live in Vegas, business brings me to Temecula every other week and these folks are just a few minutes away from my client's office. I have been wanting to get a BajaRon Swaybar installed. I'm sitting in my home office on a Sunday and knowing they were closed, figured I'd message them and I'd here back from them on Monday. #1 - They message me back within 20 minutes. I'm a marketing guy...this speaks to me. Loudly. We trade a few messages and they promised to get me a price quote on Monday. #2 - Monday morning I sign into Facebook and see a message from them with a price quote. I'm F&^%ing impressed. #3 - I call them and give them my credit card. Hey...it's custom work, they have to order stuff...fair is fair, I don't mind prepaying. I also schedule an appointment. I tell them that I am going to be in town the week of July 23rd, we set an appointment for the 24th at 9:30-ish. #4 - I show up and Chris and I talk about the project...and I have to say that he is an amazing dude. We talk about cars, bikes, tattoos, wives, pretty much everything including the meaning of life. My kind of guy...totally serious about business but friendly and personable as well. This was an immediate bromance. I knew he was going to take good care of my bike. That makes me happy. #5 - I was planning on either walking back to the office or taking an Uber...he had one of his guys give me a ride. That was cool. I didn't get the guys name but we talked about some customization that I want to get done for a Toyota Matrix that I own. This dude was also very personable and, better yet, very knowledgeable. Sold me on using these folks for that customization too....even if I have to drive the car from Vegas and leave it for several days. #6 The plan was that I would get the bike back in 3-4 hours. Chris nailed it. We traded texts and I was told that they would pick me up and bring me to their shop. Chris picked me up himself...that was impressive. #7 OK...here is the good part. Chris took about 20 minutes and coached me on the things that I have to talk about with the place in Vegas where I have service done. He talked about the subtle stuff that has to get done in order to get max life out of a bike. #8 - They have a customer for life. When my wife and I go and eat dinner in restaurants we also talk about whether or not they have love in the kitchen. It's really easy to tell if the chef loves what he or she does. In this case, with Uncensored Motorsports, its really easy to tell that these folks have love for what they do and this translates to them caring and appreciated their customers...and doing a really, really good job, I'm a very critical mo-fo and don't praise easily....Chris and his team are awesome. Well Steve did! Turns out it was a valve stem someone somewhere down the line changing my tires left in my wheel! As you can imagine the frustration I must feel after all of that.
