Called them for an emergency clean after a sewage backup in my apartment. They were 2 and a half hours late, which I guess I'm not super mad about because it was a same day cleaning. I'm more annoyed about the lack of detail, multiple items that touched the sewage were just picked up and moved without being cleaned, and they didn't clean the floor of the closet directly across from the bathroom or items that were definitely touched by the sewage. I'm very happy with the work these guys do. The cleaning crew came and were so respectful of us, they worked quietly to avoid waking my kids up from their nap. They scrubbed all my tubs, toilets and sinks. They cleaned the windows and blinds. They vacuumed all carpets, swept and mopped my wooden floors. Dusted all my furniture, wiped all counters and mirrors, and even vacuumed the cat tree for us. I also noticed they helped me take out the trash in every single room and did a few of my dishes I had in the sink. They came an hour and a half late. Dispatch didn't send a late arrival notice until I called them. Crew rushed through the whole house. Floor was dirty. Wood floor and tile had crumbs (dusty too as if dirty mop was used). Barefoot walking unpleasant. Office later confirmed without shame they do not vacuum, but only sweep. Why the crumbs then? Office also tried to charge for a second visit for the floors. Not worth the time and money to have them in your house. read more

They were on time. However, when we checked they missed a lot. The floors were more like they did a quick wipe with dirty water rather than actually cleaned. The areas near the thresholds were left filthy. I had to go back and scrub them myself. The refrigerator wasn't cleaned very well. I had to finish that up too. Didn't clean around the toilet or the bathroom sink. Very disappointing. The icing on the cake was they lost the plastic cover for my bathroom light fixture that I left on the kitchen counter. Now I have to buy another. We paid them but I won't use them again and wouldn't refer them. I didn't think to take pictures we were in a hurry to get this done. But wish I had. read more

I had MULTIPLE text/phone conversations with this company and even sent photos of my areas of concern in my bathroom...he INSISTED his crews could handle the concern, "no problem at all since we have run into this before". The cleaner did arrive on time, as scheduled, but left the bathroom shower in the same condition as it was before she started the work. During the visit, I tried numerous times to call the company, and they refused to answer my calls. Upon her departure from my residence, I noticed a tile in the shower she "worked on" was chipped (it was not chipped before), and I had to go behind her and clean all the mirrors and shower glass because the cleaning products she used left a very apparent HAZE. The next day I began receiving harassing texts that payment for "services" was past due, but I was still not able to SPEAK to anyone from the company although I was promised a call back that still never happened. When the cleaners finished cleaning my house I pointed out what they missed and asked them to please clean those areas. They got angry but they still listened , however they started making racist comments about my race (Asian) in their Spanish language. When they left I reached out to their manager about what occurred. But after talking to him it sounded like he didn't care and they allowed that type of behavior. read more

Their prices are competitive and they do a decent job but unfortunately the company is unreliable. The first time I booked a cleaning, the worker was 45 minutes late. The second booking I had to cancel because I was told the workers would arrive 1 hour past the scheduled booking time. Owners response was there's a 1 hour grace period from the time the service is booked but the workers would still be arriving late because they were coming from a far distance. Both times after realizing no one had come on time, I had to reach out to the company to find out if the workers were on the way. I made attempts to call first and left voicemails followed by text responses only. It's extremely frustrating having booked services and not having the company value a customer's time. Though the owner was apologetic and the prices are competitive, I wouldn't count on reliability and I would love to see the company improve on their punctuality. read more
