Socal Cleaner sent two people to clean my place. They left scratches on my brand new refrigerator, and when I talked to Eric, who perhaps runs the business, he won't even come to my place to see the marks. Although there are clearly two deep scratch marks on the door of my refrigerator, which are consistent with extremely careless cleaning with a microfiber cloth which was used to clean my kitchen counters and other appliances in the kitchen, Eric kept insisting after looking at the pictures I sent him that there was only one deep scratch mark and his cleaners used the company's cleaning protocol. I asked him about whatever insurance company he may have to cover damages such as the one on my fridge, he simply said I have no claim, so he won't give me the name of his insurance company. It seems that he is running a crappy business with extremely unskilled workers, and for that reason, I won't recommend anyone to get service from his company. I would have given the service a ZERO if I could have done that. read more

I needed a move out cleaning for a property I manage, and I am so glad i found the amazing people socal cleaners. The house was empty but filthy, and they made it brand new! I'm sharing my experience that I had with this business so hopefully other people don't fall for their tricks. So when I booked appointment they quoted me the cheapest from all the companies (this was my fault by going with cheapest). But the cleaning people took their sweet time cleaning which raised my bill a lot. On top of that they charged me for all these extras. In the end I paid more than even the companies that quoted me high. The quality of service was not worth the overcharge. read more

They did a wonderful job cleaning my apartment, very trustworthy people and the value you receive is well worth the money spent. Maria was extremely thorough and Joel KILLED the carpet cleaning!! Great experience overall! I've used a few other cleaning companies around SoCal before and honestly felt this one was among the best. The cleaners were friendly, thorough, and finished faster than expected. My only small complaint was that the cleaning solution smell was a bit strong at first, but it faded quickly.
