During the house search process they seemed to provide information that upon further review and research with experts turned out to be frequently incorrect. Some of the advice provided at times put us in stressful situations, which I definitely would love to not be put in had I known better. I would definitely not state that they have 'your best interest at heart' and would advise to do your own research if working with them. While providing reasonable customer services during the house search process, once the sale was complete and Baniqued had nothing to gain, the owner turned around and was flat out rude and was screaming on the phone over something that I admittedly agreed to, which was not clearly stated when being negotiated. While I understand that it is on me to verify, the unprofessional behavior and poor customer experience when inquiring about a resolution was very disappointing.
