Timothy was the the perfect realtor for us. We were first--time home buyers and needed someone who was patient who could educate and guide us while we looked at different types of homes and inspection reports. He genuinely cares about getting people into the right place for them so they can start building the investment of home ownership. He is fun, has a great sense of humor, and you will never be without a pen. read more

Timothy was patient with me, as I searched for the perfect house. With his expertise, and multiple viewings, I learned a lot. After years of looking, the right property came up. I was out of town, so I entrusted a family member to view the home with Timothy. They both gave me two thumps up, so I went for it! Couldn't be happier with the home, and it's all thanks to Timothy. Thank you for your guidance and all your time. Thank you for making my dream of home ownership a reality. read more

Tim has helped our family tremendously with real estate transactions in three different CA counties over a period of many years. We were looking for a very specific type of property and with time and patience, finally got what we wanted. Tim's an exceptionally talented, quirky, and fun individual who takes the time to explain sometimes confusing processes and challenging situations. He is also very connected in the community. We love his free pens! Highly recommended. read more

I know a ton of real estate agents, including some that would probably be mad if they found out I bought a house and didn't use them. But I picked Timothy because of his winning personality and free pens (and because I knew he'd take care of my housing needs, but mostly the free pens). It's clear that Timothy is an experienced agent and knows what he's doing. I liked that, when showing me houses, he'd point things out that I never would've noticed, like problems with the water heater or issues with the roof. Things that might help me to decide whether to put in an offer. Any time I found a property I wanted to see, he was available to show it to me pretty quickly, and if he was out of town, he had excellent backup available so I didn't have to wait to see it until he got back. I also like that he's not pushy. It took me a year from the start of the process to actually buying a property. I was able to do things on my own time without feeling rushed. I got the chance figure out what's out there and what's important to me in a home. Eventually we found the perfect one and put in an offer and it got accepted on the first offer we wrote. I felt like I was in good hands with Timothy brown.net. read more

Of all the Realtors I have ever been involved with, Timothy is a real one! He "works" side by side with you. I have sold and purchased homes with Timothy and he isn't afraid to get dirty. He helped me paint, got up on roof to place gutter caps, temp patch a leak, weed eat my yard. He is family. A man who truly may be the last honest Realtor in the business. read more

It was such a joy to work with Tim! We are first time home buyers and we were very nervous about the process. Tim was very patient with us and made the process bearable. We looked until we found the perfect house for us and we could not be happier! read more

Timothy became our go-to-realtor for information, then for purchasing our home, and then the first person we thought of when it was time for my sister to purchase her own home. We had never owned a home or even thought it'd be at all possible. We had no idea where to even start. What we needed or how long it took... We contacted Timothy BrownDotNet after a home he was selling popped up on my facebook feed. All I asked was what do we need, how does this work, and could this be possible. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner, was professional, and was honest about everything (good, and not so good things), and we will never need pens again . He walked beside us through the whole experience, and we are now homeowners! Our family (kids and us) adore him. I recommend Timothy BrownDotnet 1000+%. Timothy Brown - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Petaluma, California

"Under no circumstances will this NOT happen for you and your family" Those are the words Tim said when we started the hunt for our forever HOME. He did not rest until those words rang true! Tim took the time to find homes, search through the highs and lows of the housing market. He answered all the questions (even the dumb and ridiculous ones) without making me feel silly. He walked us through the experience of what it takes to purchase a home, the good, the bad and the ugly... all the way to the HAPPILY EVER AFTER with our perfect home. Tim was a friend when this all began, but now we consider him family. The care and attention to detail he took from what we said we were looking for was incredible! I never felt rush or ignored. Contact was always quick, witty and informational. I could never say thank you enough for working so hard to make this dream come true! I will and would always recommend Tim to friends, family, strangers and anyone who wants someone they can trust with purchasing their home. read more

We had planned on moving out of state in the Spring. We chatted with Timothy and decided to sell and move now, because the selling market is very hot. Timothy was always calm, always available, always responsive, and always had plenty of pens! He would give us choices and then explain the pros and cons of each choice so that we could make the best decision on how to list and sell the house. We had to occupy the house while it was on the market, so he coordinated well with us and our schedules. He provided the idea to have viewings for a week and then offers due at a specific point, and we wound up with many excellent offers and the perfect one for our needs. The whole process was as smooth as selling a house can be. I wish we could have brought him with us to help us buy a home in our new location! Do not ever make a real estate transaction in Sonoma County without Timothy representing you. Ever. read more

Timothy is the best. He just knows everything there is to know. He's super professional but also funny and easy to work with. We spent several months looking for our first home in a tough market during covid, yet Timothy was always available, patient and thorough with his explanations to our many questions. He helped us figure out exactly what we were looking for by asking us the right questions and letting us come to it on our own - he didn't rush us or give us his opinion, even though I'm pretty sure he knew what we were looking for before we did. I recommended him to a friend who purchased her home around the same time we did. Our circumstances were different but she loved working with him too. He has a way of putting you at ease and helping you kick ass and buy your dream home at the same time! read more

Oct 3 we came home to a 60-day notice to vacate the rental we've lived in for 11+ years. Instant family crisis. Rents are so high in Sonoma County, and we've raised our children in this house. What will we do? We thought we'd have to move out of state. We called Timothy that night to explore if home ownership could ever be a possibility for us. We've never owned a house, and assumed we'd never be able to own in Sonoma County. Timothy was very patient and informative. He answered our questions and acknowledged the emotional distress of our unexpected situation. We met with Timothy that weekend, and discussed what we wanted in a home. That was Oct 6. On Nov 14 we received the keys to our new home. In Sonoma County. The 39 days in between were a wild ride. We were emotional, we were doubtful, we were motivated, we were opinionated. Timothy accommodated all of it. He remained patient and supportive throughout the entire process. We'd call with ridiculous questions, totally freaking out that some catastrophe was about to occur, and he repeated peeled us off the ceiling. Even after the close of escrow, he has made himself available to answer questions and peel us off the walls a few more times. I truly believe that without Timothy Brown we would not be home owners. We may not even be living in Sonoma County. If you find yourself needing a realtor or if you're simply considering if home ownership could be possible, reach out to Timothy. Not only will he help you consider all options, he will make it fun and support you in the process. read more

I've been acquainted with Timothy for years and knew he loved both his job and his clients. The day finally came, I was ready to buy a house! I wanted Timothy to help me and what I got went way beyond his love for the job. Timothy exceeded my expectations! I knew I could trust Timothy from the beginning, he is easy to talk to, full of knowledge, and enthusiastic in every aspect of the process. Throughout my home buying adventure and even after, Timothy was right there for me, answering every question, thoroughly researching all the information, and advocating for me with all other parties. He helped me work through which types of homes would best suit me and guided me through the temptations of charming properties with problems. He helped me find the perfect house that fit my needs and in a great location. Timothy Brown is the best in the business! He is the most sincere, genuine, and caring real estate agent I've ever met. His overflowing passion and enthusiasm to help buyers & sellers, in normal situations and difficult situations (like short sale/foreclosure) is the difference in choosing him over other agents just looking for a paycheck. For the past year I've been flip-flopping from passively and actively looking to buy in Sonoma County, and throughout this process he treated me as if I was a cash buyer ready to close tomorrow in terms of response time, desire to explain anything I had questions about, and willingness to show houses to me, despite knowing I was still a few months away from financially being ready to buy. My only regret is not using him when it came time to buy, as my brother earned his real estate license so the family blood connection forced me to use my brother instead (I'd never live it down otherwise). The true mark of Timothy Brown being a caring/genuine professional is that when I emailed him to tell him I just bought a house with my brother as my agent, his response was "...I'm elated both that you have found a place that works for you and that your brother is making business happen!" I couldn't have received a more positive & supportive response! Make sure to stock up on free pens! read more

We used Timothy to sell a property previously and contacted him when we wanted to purchase another. After examining all the available properties, we made an offer to purchase the house we were renting. The listing agents were very combative. In fact they tried to force us to make the purchase without having an agent of our own at all, but we needed an advocate on our side. Timothy was able to get us through the negotiations and even got the seller to pay for some repairs on the place. Timothy demonstrates integrity, transparency, and in-depth knowledge. He took the time to understand what was most important to us and helped us objectively work through a difficult decision between two homes. We couldn't be happier with the outcome! To top it off, he is a super nice guy that is a pleasure to be around. read more

The world needs more Realtors, nay, people like TimothyBrown.net. Timothy assisted us in navigating a difficult sale and subsequent purchase when I think most realtors would've headed for the hills. His technique was so helpful in that at each turn he provided clear explanations of what was happening and prepared us for what was to come so that we were always one step ahead of the game. We were never told what to do, however with each decision we were in complete control. Even when we thought we would drive him crazy, he held steady withe the utmost control and professionalism. In the end, what we learned is that "buying and selling real estate isn't even work, it's more like having dinner with friends for several months at a time." Can't say enough how enjoyable our experience was and would recommend Timothy without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home or bicycle shelter. He says he's the realtor that goes to eleven but I declare that this realtor starts at eleven and goes up from there. Here's to your amazing service AND free pens!!! Thanks again Timothy!! read more

Having Timothy Brown as our agent was such a great decision! Imagine 3 adults with 3 different, at times opposing, preferences trying to pick a house during the pandemic housing market - he made it happen and we couldn't be happier! He was so patient with us since we took a long time to land on a house we could all agree on AND afford, especially after the first house we went for ended up having some major issues come up during inspections. He is also very knowledgeable about various aspects of a home. As a first time home buyer, he pointed out potential issues during our home tours I never would have known to look for (often construction related or things that would be mentioned in an inspection). If we ever decide to move again in the future, we will definitely be repeat customers! Plus, he has great stories and great pens :-) read more

Timothy is a godsend! He is not only a knowledgeable individual with years of experience, he genuinely cares about his clients, is quick to respond to all correspondences, and has a million-dollar personality. After months of unfruitful home searching and dissatisfaction with our past agent, a friend recommended that we reach out to Timothy. And we are so glad we did because Timothy was a complete game changer! As first-time home buyers, we were overjoyed that he patiently answered all of our questions and provided us with new valuable insights that helped us in our home buying journey. Therefore, with Timothy, we never felt lost. He was with us every step of the way and made the whole home buying process a smooth one. I can't recommend him highly enough. Timothy recently got my wife and I into a house in Santa Rosa. He was the second realtor we had worked with in the area, as we had communication issues with the first. Timothy was an extraordinary communicator: quick on email, with long, thorough responses, and easy to text with. The ability to hear some of our ideas were a bit stranger was really remarkable. Timothy was also a good partner through all parts of the home buying process; he was great and patient looking for homes for us, and he was a detailed-oriented person finishing our contracts and negotiations with the previous owners. Would totally use him again! read more

I met Timothy through a coworker. He said that he had great results when buying a house with him so I called to see if he could help my family. Our landlord was planning to sell the house we were renting so we were trying to figure out if we could buy something or would have to find another rental. Our first homebuying experience was terrible and we were not eager to repeat that disaster. In the end, Timothy was able to help us get approved for a loan and negotiate with our landlord to purchase the house we were renting, with a sizable credit for repairs. It was actually an extended process as we consulted with him for some months before it was possible to get the home under contract with the seller. We were grateful that he was available to answer questions and strategize throughout the experience. He handled all the details from inspections to appraisal to the mountains of paperwork that go into buying a house and even provided the pens with which to sign them. Thanks to Timothy we are happily settled into our new home and excited about all of the possibilities. read more

Wow what a nightmare the process of a short sale is. Timothy made it comical and bearable... He is a hard worker who gets the job done, despite all the BS you have to deal with when dealing with banks. If he stops being a realtor he should be a comedienne because he tries to charm the pants off the drab bankers on the phone , making the entire experience light and do I dare say, somewhat fun. He never gave up despite our bank selling our loan in the middle of the process, and really is a tireless worker, very grateful for him and cannot recommend him enough!! read more
