We live in San Mateo and wanted to help find and purchase a house in Sebastopol for our son and we were lucky enough to find Paul. He has an extensive knowledge of Sebastopol and gave us a great introduction to the area and the local market up front to set proper expectations. He quickly set up a portal for us to quickly learn of houses that met our criteria as soon as they hit the market and he was always available to answer questions, discuss strategies and research issues. Where he really showed 5* performance, though, was when we found properties of interest. He has a network of highly reputable, expert inspectors and contractors he was able to bring in very quickly to assess conditions and provide cost estimates. He did this for us on three different properties in just a few days each. His ability to do that enabled us to make offers with the shortest possible contingency and close of escrow periods for a competitive advantage. Unlike many other realtors, Paul not only arranged and scheduled the inspections, he stayed on site for the entire inspections (over 3 hours in some cases) and participated in the discussions and guided us effectively on actions to take in response.
