The team at Prosper Real Estate was nothing but exceptional in helping us purchase our first home. From walking us through the details of how a home purchase works in our initial meeting, to ensuring we were paying the right price for the home we wanted, they were on it! We always felt we were being treated with respect and courtesy and that they had our best interests in mind. Adriana was very thoughtful and followed the strict protocols when dealing with the initial stages of our global pandemic to ensure we were safe and protected as well as the owners' homes and properties, to meet all the necessary guidelines. We can't say enough good things about our home buying experience and trust that you'll be impressed every step of the way. Thank you Adam and Adriana, you're the best! read more

Adam Menconi, Broker/Owner, Prosper Real Estate, provided our family an excellent experience with the sale of the home of our recently deceased parents. While we no longer live in Santa Rosa, when it came time to sell the house we needed to find a realtor. Adam came highly recommended to us by a friend. When we met Adam, we were impressed by his energy, personality, and knowledge of the market. As we would later learn, he also was well connected and knowledgeable of the the brokers/realtors in the area. Working with Adam, he walked us through the current Sonoma County housing market and provided a sense of timing for listing the house. He also had some fresh ideas on how to present the home once it was listed. He shared with us his software and media tools that could be used in lieu of "Staging a Home". With such tools, we would possibly lower expenses and allow the buyer to use their own vision of how they might furnish their new home. As mentioned, our family is no longer in the Santa Rosa area. When it came time to do house inspections, the Prosper team took the reins. They set up up the appointments and oversaw the work. Adam's Associate, Sarah Ramirez, was incredible in working through this effort. Both Adam and Sarah kept us well informed all along the way. As we continued to prep the house, we came across what seemed to be big obstacles. Fortunately, Adam and the team had solutions. This included contacts for Estate Sales, landscaping prep, and how to handle items left in the house that the family did not want - that the family otherwise would have to haul away. In short, Prosper handled all the major issues and it all became very easy for the family. In the end, the house sold much faster than we would have ever expected. It was a very smooth process and our expenses were held at a minimum. We highly recommend Prosper to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. A big thank you to Adam, Sarah, and the Prosper team. read more

Highly professional agent. Helped me find my dream home. Also helped me negotiate a great deal! I highly recommend this company!

Adam and his team were wonderful to work with. When looking for an agent to help with the sale of our home, I checked several out via yelp. Adam was one of the 1st agents to message me back. What made Adam stand out was his online presence and communication skills, both of which are very important in the sale of a home. When I saw Prosper Real Estate's website and reviews, I saw an active professional niche business in the Santa Rosa area which is exactly what I was looking for. Not only did Adam get back to me right away, but he made a video introduction touching on all the points I had mentioned in my yelp request. He really checked all the boxes on my list. The goal was to sell the home quickly. However, I knew it was going to be a challenge as we had just entered a buyers market where rates were rising and prices were falling. Thankfully, Adam and his team understood the goal and committed to it. Adam helped relocate the tenant, do the necessary inspections, and repairs to get it listed just after the tenants had found a new home of their own. To my surprise, Adam called me the day of the 1st open house and said we have a solid offer! The sale was quick and smooth, for Adam and team handled everything. Huge thank you to all at Prosper! I definitely recommend Adam Menconi and Prosper Real Estate to anyone in need of an honest, efficient, communicative Realtor in the Santa Rosa area and beyond. read more

Adam Menconi and his team are the best there is for your real estate needs! When I say they go above and beyond that is an understatement. They will literally take care of everything and anticipate issues before they happen. I was an out of state seller and Adam handled everything so well I didn't even need to travel to California. I always thought I would meet him in person but it wasn't even necessary, saving me time and money. Do not hesitate to work with this professional company and team! read more

This is a long overdue review for Kim Bodell, who helped me buying my first investment property in the tough year 2021! It was such a pleasure working with her through this entire process, Kim is such a professional, patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and kind person. I couldn't be happier with the Prosper team! I strongly believe that the most important attribute a real estate company can offer is trust, and Adam and Kim proved themselves to be completely trustworthy. Their knowledge of market fluctuations and creative selling strategies was impressive and informative. I'm not exaggerating when I say that they worked tirelessly to sell my home and they took the time to explain each and every step along the way. I attempted to sell this same home with another real estate company, and when it didn't sell after a length of time, I was referred to Prosper. When I shared my experience with them they said, "You need to know what it's like to have a hard working team sell your home." Boy, were they right- I sold my home over the asking price! Thank you, thank you! read more

Bruno was spectacular! We can't imagine having gone through this process without him. We moved to the area with very little knowledge, and Bruno guided us from day one to closing. He had plans for us when we traveled to Sonoma Co on the weekends and was adaptable when we would have last minute requests. He familiarized us with the surrounding areas and absolutely understood what we were looking for....even when we would change our minds. He would let us know when he had concerns about a property and made sure that any concerns we had were addressed. We felt like we had an old friend looking out for us the whole time. We highly recommend Bruno, and if we ever do move from our lovely home, he will be the first person we think of. read more

Logan helped me purchase my first home. He was patient yet determined to find me a home at a great price that I would love. I never felt pressured by Logan and always felt that he was acting in my best interest. After about a year of looking at different properties on my own I decided to pull the trigger and started putting offers in with Logan. I felt confident that Logan was going to help me land a great home at a great price which he did. Logan was always available to help me at a moments notice and I will definitely be recommending him to people looking to buy a home in Sonoma County. We sought out Sonoma County's top real estate agent through Dave Ramsey's "Endorsed Local Providers" referral program because of his long-standing reputation for excellence. We were not disappointed in the slightest. On the contrary, when we first met with our referral, Adam Menconi, he expressed his strong desire to understand our needs and expectations while he explained his priority to exceed our expectations by under-promising and over-delivering with the highest degree of honor, integrity and empathy while embracing an exceptional measure of professionalism unparalleled by most in his profession. Adam's team communicates on a regular and consistent basis during the process and at a level that meets your needs to list and close the deal to a degree few in any industry/market can accomplish. My wife and I highly regard and recommend Adam Menconi and his team at Prosper Real Estate as they endeavor to exceed your expectations in your quest to buy or sell property. read more

Adam and his team have been amazing to say the least. He worked with us for almost a year and a half on a complicated 1031 exchange involving several members of my family. We ended up really depending on him as we navigated the sale and purchase of four different properties with stressful deadlines. His expertise was super impressive and his depth of experience gave us the confidence to make the best decisions for each of us along the way. He understood all the different angles, counseled us very professionally and we ended up with a result that we were all very happy with. My wife and I found our dream home, my brother found the perfect investment property, and we sold our house for top dollar. My mom and brother raved about him and I really can't say enough. I highly recommend Adam and his team, I can't thank them enough for everything they have done for us! read more

Simply put - Adam and his associates are first rate agents! After buying and selling real estate in NYC and SF - I was determined to find the same caliber Agent in Sonoma as I had in those large cities. From the get go the Prosper website drew me in and after the first meeting with Adam and an associate - I knew immediately I would be taken care of. Prosper was extremely Professional - which is what you want - and they are very knowledgeable about their market. I trusted Adam to get me the best deal - and I am more than satisfied with the result. If you are looking for a Rolls Royce Agent in Sonoma County - I highly recommend Adam and his Prosper team. read more

Working with Kim and Prosper Real Estate was great. Kim was very professional and helped us land our first home. Thank you.

Linda and I were quite impressed with Adam and Janelle of Prosper Real Estate (Prosper Moves.com). Over the years, I have been through over 5 real estate transactions. The Prosper team is far superior to the agents I used in the past. Truly a concierge experience. Whether it be construction professionals, legal help, financial issues or whatever, someone in their network would be available immediately to advise us. And very prompt--Janelle typically returned my calls within a half hour! Adam and Janelle advised us on what was necessary and not necessary to prepare our property for sale, Then, we immediately got 3 offers once the listing happened. Adam carefully explained his thoughts as to which one to accept. We took his advice and are very glad we did. There was a complicated electrical-service issue involving the property and Adam very astutely worked with the buyer's agent and PG&E to resolve the issue satisfactorily for the buyer (and us). In my experience, other agents would not have even tried. read more

Adam and Adrianna recently sold my mom's home in Sonoma during a time where I really needed more than an experienced real estate agent, but someone I could trust. I had not sold a property before and they walked me through each step, guiding and educating me along the way. They were able to gather interest for the property before it went on the market and had 3 bids in under 24 hours for me to review! Their negotiation skills were what really impressed me. They clearly know how to advocate for the seller while keeping everything friendly and amicable all around. The closing was swift and I even made friends with the new owners! As a property owner you have a lot of choices in agents, I strongly recommend the Prosper team!! read more

Our experience with Adam, Ali, and Janelle at Prosper Real Estate could not have been better. Having been in our home for 35 years we struggled with making decisions on how to prepare the home for the market, the details of the selling process and how to price the home. Adam and his team put us at ease as they guided us through the process, answering any questions we had no matter how seemingly trivial. Ultimately, it was their market knowledge and expertise that allowed us to sell our home significantly over asking price in just 7 days. They were truly the dream team and exceeded our expectations. We can't thank them enough for everything they have done for us! read more

I wish I could give Adam and his team (Jennifer) a six star rating. I had a great experience working with them to find not only a house, but the exact right house for me. Adam is extremely knowledgable about the area, and his no pressure style was a great plus as far as I'm concerned. Once I found the right house, his guidance on what to offer and how to structure the offer came from knowing the market extremely well. One surprise was how much he and Jennifer helped me to get inspectors in and they provided an expertise when it came to how much and how necessary repairs were. They have so many connections and were happy to share them. Since I was living in SF during this process, there were many times that Jennifer met people on my behalf at the house to save me the drive - above and beyond!!!!! read more

When we had a maintenance issue, they ignored the request over the app. When we called, they answered, we told them who we were and they hung up on us. We called back but they denied our calls. The house is extremely illegal and not up to code at all. It was in our lease to pay for all utilities but there is only one meter for the water heater and one meter for the rest of the house, therefore prosper is responsible for the utilities. The back door lock is easily broken into. The maintenance worker randomly walked into our apartment without our permission. The electrical is knot and tube. The oven stopped working but was continuously blowing gas. We texted the maintenance guy but he said to just unplug it and it would be fine. The oven continued to blow gas, unplugging it only prevented the electric igniter from igniting the oven. The maintenance man should have rushed over rather than "just unplug it it's fine". He also told us when we first moved in not to file a maintenance request because they don't check them. But they don't answer the phone if you call, they avoided us. Would definitely never recommend! read more

Amazing Adam! He was at my beck and call when I was looking for a house, and when I found one, he did the dirty work with all parties and circumvented potential tragedy at every turn. He negotiated with the sellers and saved the day when we had to extend escrow. I really don't think I'd be a happy homeowner right now without Adam. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly. He's brilliant at his job and a great person to talk to while driving around town looking at houses. If I'm ever in the need for an agent again, Adam's the man. No doubt. read more

My husband and I feel very lucky to have Adam as our real estate agent. He assisted us with 3 very different real estate transactions: a traditional sale, a short sale and a foreclosure property. His expertise was incredibly valuable as he walked us through every step of the process in each deal. We were very impressed with his negotiating skills as he was able to arrange for upgrades and closing costs paid by the seller in our first purchase. It was also very helpful having Adam be our consultant with the short sale and foreclosure property transactions. He was our personal liaison dealing with the banks and took what would have been a very frustrating process and turned it into a win win for all parties involved. We are now settled into our new home and so very thankful to Adam for all his time and efforts. Adam will always be the person we turn to for real estate advice. read more

We just closed escrow! My wife and I are VERY happy with Adam and Prosper Real Estate. He negotiated the purchase price down to where we felt great about the price. He worked closely with our loan officer to ensure that was all moving along. He negotiated additional credits when little things came up in the inspections. He held our hand in dealing with the title company. And when surprises came up on the sellers' side he handled them quickly and professionally. The bottom line is he made the process enjoyable - and usually the process of buying a home or real property is stressful! I absolutely recommend Adam to anyone seeking a quality real estate agent. read more

Prior to putting our home up for sale, we interviewed 5 realtors. Adam was the last one we interviewed and we chose him because of his enthusiasm, his media presentation, high ratings, knowledge, and his connection to services. We were so impressed with Adam- within 2 hours after we met him, he sent us a timeline for listing our house as well as a "to do" list. Adam recommended that we have a home inspection, which we did. We were able to take care of most of the fixes on the list--Adam recommended great people to do the repairs. He also put us in touch with a landscaper who put in some plants all around the house. He helped us to get the house ready to sell. The photographer he used was phenomenal. What we really loved about Adam was his communication-he is high tech-he would send us e-mail videos to communicate to us during the process. And his team, WOW--so supportive and ready to help with anything we needed. Adam was an excellent communicator, keeping us informed every step of the way. Our house sold quickly and we have Adam and his team to thank for that. I'm delighted to write a recommendation about Adam Menconi. I first contacted Adam on a friend's recommendation. I had worked with another broker from a reputable company; she was pretty solid and I didn't have any complaints. Adam's commitment and attention, however, puts him in a way higher league. I was looking for an income property, and he helped me understand the subtleties of the different areas in and around Santa Rosa and Sonoma County, the different developers, and the rental market in general. He made sure I was confident (not an easy thing to do in my case, as a first-time homebuyer) and stuck with me throughout the property search. I couldn't be there, so a relative was my Power of Attorney. Adam went with her to the house during the walk-through (it was a new home) to help with the punch-list and follow-up inspections. He made sure that she was informed and comfortable as well. Her reports were also full of praise for Adam. Adam guided me all the way through the purchase procedure. He found the right house for us, evaluated it, and negotiated a deal where both the seller and the buyer (i.e., me) were happy. More than that, he helped me with all the details that an outsider wouldn't see - more details than I can list. I will continue to recommend Adam to family, friends, and anyone who needs a serious, friendly and helpful guide in the Wine Country real estate market. I should mention that Adam did all this, and I have never even met him. I look forward to getting back to the Golden State and thanking him in person. read more

We used Adam Menconi again to sell our father's home in Santa Rosa, CA. We contracted with him because during our first meeting with Adam, when he sold our home in Santa Rosa he was very knowledgeable of his job, he was patient and listened well to our questions, needs and wants for the sale of our home. He gained our confidence and trust in him and we felt, he was the right Real Estate Agent for us to use again and he did not let us down. Adam was very resourceful in guiding us and in helping us get our father's house ready to list it. Once, it went on the market to the sale his home, he kept us informed every step of the way, with a timely and fair market sale. My wife and her brother were selling their father's house after he had recently passed away. The house went into escrow fast and easy after the Santa Rosa wildfires. It was a very difficult time in many ways for my my wife and her brother. Adam and his staff were sensitive, thoughtful, and community-minded in all ways including helping to pass some of our father's lightly used furniture onto families in need after the fires! He made a difficult situation run smoothly and positively throughout. Especially since we were doing it long distance from Folsom when he sold our home in Santa Rosa. We definitely recommend Adam Menconi and his team for your Real Estate needs. Thank you Adam for all your help, it was a pleasure to work with you. Ray & Ofelia & Adam read more

There is no way I can express in writing how much I appreciate what Adam Menconi. Yet I feel so compelled to sharing my experience, I will try. I was on the market to find a property where my wife and I can raise our 2 sons. I worked with 3 other brokers before meeting Adam. The hunt with each broker was similiar, The broker would be excited to work with us, we would start looking and after about the 3rd property the broker would slowly start disappearing. This changed after meeting Adam. His excitement to hunt with us and find the perfect property increased with each house we looked at. He never pressured us. He took the opportunity at each property to help us figure out what we wanted. His knowledge, expertise, and willingness to work hard convinced us we were working with the right broker We finally stumbled across our dream home. Being that it was a short sale, there were many obstacles to overcome. Luckily Adam had all the experience and knowledge to guide us through each obstacle. There were times when we needed emotional support. There were times we needed a negotiator, and there where times we needed someone who can get the job done. We had all three! In the last final hours of us almost loosing our dream home, due to mortgage broker drama, Adam made himself available, and worked until the job was done. Also I want to point out, when we went to sign at the title company, Adam made it a point to be there and to walk us through all the paperwork. Hands down could not of asked for a better broker. read more
