We didn't work well together (mostly because I had my own opinions), which was fine, but at the end of the contract when I let them know I was disappointed and didn't wish to continue using their services I was called ungrateful and rude. I paid for a service and was unsatisfied, I have every right to walk away and the temper tantrum was unnecessary and unprofessional.
