I don't usually write reviews, but this place absolutely earned every single word I'm about to…read morewrite. Imperial Hand Car Wash & Detail Center is not just a car wash -- it's an experience. From the moment I pulled up, I could immediately tell this wasn't going to be one of those rushed, careless, assembly-line washes where your car is treated like just another number. This place operates differently. They operate with pride, precision, and genuine respect for both the vehicle and the customer' I brought in my Polestar 4 -- and anyone who knows me knows how much I value my car. This is not just transportation for me. It's something I invested in, something I take pride in, something that represents the modern era of automotive design and technology. Naturally, I'm extremely selective about who touches it. I pay attention to every detail. Every curve, every panel, every surface matters. The moment the team saw the car, they approached it with professionalism and care. There was no rushing, no careless movements, no shortcuts. They treated it like it was their own vehicle -- or better yet, like it had just rolled out of a luxury showroom and they were preparing it for delivery to its owner. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail. They didn't just spray water and wipe it down. They carefully cleaned every surface. The wheels -- spotless. The body -- flawless. The glass -- crystal clear with no streaks. The trim -- restored and clean. Even the small areas most places overlook were handled with precision. When they dried the car, they didn't rush. They used proper microfiber towels, making sure there were no water spots, no streaks, nothing left behind. You could tell this wasn't just a job to them -- this was craftsmanship. When I saw the final result, I was honestly blown away. My Polestar 4 looked like it had just come out of the dealership again. The paint was glowing. The finish was smooth. The car had that fresh, pristine look that makes you stop and admire it before you even get inside. It felt new all over again. But beyond the quality of the work, what truly stood out was the customer service. Every single staff member was respectful, professional, and welcoming. They acknowledged me, spoke with professionalism, and made sure I was satisfied. There was no attitude, no indifference -- just genuine service. The manager, in particular, stood out. You could tell he takes pride in running a place that values quality and customer satisfaction. He wasn't just standing around -- he was involved, observing, ensuring everything was done correctly. That level of leadership reflects directly in the quality of the work being done. It made me realize something -- I genuinely regret not coming here years ago. I've owned multiple cars over the years, and I've been to many car washes. Some were decent. Some were average. Some were disappointing. But Imperial Hand Car Wash & Detail Center is on a completely different level. This is the first place where I felt confident that my vehicle was being handled with the level of care it deserves. There's something powerful about trusting a place with something valuable to you and seeing that trust respected. They didn't rush me. They didn't rush the car. They didn't cut corners. They took their time -- and it shows. That is rare. In today's world, speed is often prioritized over quality. But this place proves that quality still exists. After seeing how they treated my Polestar 4, the decision was immediate and easy. This is now my official car wash location. Not just for this car -- but for every car I own now and in the future. When you find a place that delivers this level of consistency, professionalism, and care, you stay loyal to it. Because places like this are rare. You're not just paying for a wash -- you're paying for peace of mind. You're paying for craftsmanship. You're paying for professionals who understand what they're doing and respect the vehicle they're working on. To the entire team at Imperial Hand Car Wash & Detail Center -- thank you. Thank you for your professionalism. Thank you for your attention to detail. Thank you for your customer service. Thank you for treating my Polestar 4 with care and precision. You've earned a loyal customer. If anyone is reading this and cares about their vehicle -- whether it's brand new, luxury, electric, classic, or simply something you take pride in -- this is the place to go. They don't just wash cars. They restore pride in your vehicle. 5 stars. Easily.

I've been to this location twice now and it's decent. The prices are reasonable compared to other car wash spots. The car was workers are friendly and seem to work hard. I've been pleased with the results of my wash during both visits. I like that they do a fairly decent wash inside which is noticeable. I had the same experience with the previous reviewer when I tried to use my check in offer. The cashier was very rude and refused to give me a free air freshener, lol. It is what is. I would use their service again since it's so close to home.

I opted for the cheapest $28 special since I really only wanted the dirt washed off. The man who asked me what I'd like was friendly enough and directed me to pay inside. The cashier was not enthusiastic to be working there. I paid cash to avoid $3.99 service fee. When I went outside to wait for my car, it was almost done. The entire wash operation is maybe 50' long. While waiting on the sidewalk I decided to check in. I saw there was an air freshener offer so I went in to redeem. The cashier just sneered - we don't do that any more. I didn't really care but her attitude was off putting. Back outside, I watched them wipe the inside of my vehicle and brush something onto my tires. Very quick and friendly guys. Would I go back? No because for $30.49 (after tax), I don't need rude cashier interaction. I can go closer to home.
