I understand there's some construction going on within the store but I spoke to two other employees who were both professional and helpful prior to speaking with this woman. I was told since this store is contracted with vendors who offer vouchers they'll work with me to accommodate my needs while under construction. The gentleman & the other woman I spoke with explained since there are vouchers involved we simply needed to call with the vendor information to get the correct uniforms & schedule a pick up. The unprofessional woman who answered the third time around said the store was closed & no one could help me. I proceeded to explain what' I was told previously regarding the vouchers, she laughed & said no one was there to help & hung up on me. I called back asked her name, she refused. I asked to leave my phone number to speak with the manager or owner, she pretended to write it down, I asked her to repeat my number & she couldn't. Very poor service. I'm writing this review solely for the owner/manager to know what type of employee they have representing them. Maybe she's a young kid but still she should learn proper customer service skills. I'm hopeful the issue I'm having can be resolved ASAP.

So, this is a shopping experience where a little extra customer service was shown from the lovely employees working there. I am kicking myself now for not noticing their names. I literally drove down Crenshaw Blvd from Adams to Slauson, looking for a Dodger's jersey at the typical pop up stands that are there daily selling jerseys, because my mom was headed out on a cruise and they were having a sports dress up event. Earlier this year my mom went to a game with the church folks, and they gave out Mookie Betts jersey's. So Mookie is her favorite player, and The Dodgers is her favorite team now. Her jersey she has was borrowed and she was not going to get it back in time for the cruise event. She told me about the event at the last minute, and I went on a hunt for a jersey. Before stopping at Hibbett, I even went to the Slauson Super Mall. No luck with a Dodger's jersey. I saw Hibbett Sports and thought what did I have to lose? This was my last ditch effort before heading to the mall and spending $300 for a jersey my mother was going to wear once. I walk into Hibbett and the guy behind the counter asked me if I was ok? It was hot and I was rushing so I am sure I looked flushed and was sweating. I told him I would be ok if he had a jersey for my mom, and how I didn't want her to feel left out for the event. He said there were no Dodger jerseys. I was deflated. He told me to wait a moment, and he would check the back. Out he walks with an Otani jersey in men's size small. I knew I was going to get hit over the head for the price and would be ELATED if it was under $300. I tapped my card quickly so I would not have buyer's remorse. I had to look down and sign for the purchase. The jersey was $175. Okay, anything for my mom, but I noticed the total did not match the $175 price. My total was only $80 because a discount was applied. I was elated the jersey was less than half. I whisk it off to my mom with 30 minutes to spare before she had to leave for her flight. While rushing I did not take the tag off the jersey, I just slid it in her luggage. She called me while on the ship (which is about $3 a minute) and said I didn't wear that jersey, I saw the price tag it was $175! I wrapped it up and am bringing it back to you so you can return it. My only reply was mom, the jersey was not that much, and this phone call on your cell phone from the middle of the ocean will cost more than the jersey you DIDN'T wear. She abruptly hung up after our pricey 15 minute chat. In the end, I am the owner of a brand new Otani jersey. GOOOOO Dodgers!

It's illegal to close a store before closing time. I asked the manager for her name while talking to the employee Kelly through the closed door and her response was come back and get my name. Horrible customer service. Closing before closing time. I don't recommend buying at a store with this type of attitude and service.
