Two months ago, I took my dog in and my normal groomer, Stephanie, that my dog had been going to, for years was not there. I thought it was a one off, she was ill. Fast forward two months, I returned for my next appointment and when I went to hand my dog to the groomer to be bathed, he freaked out. And I just tried to brush him and he kept pulling away from me! Never in 9 years has he done this. I tried to call them, no answer!!! They don't put anything in the bottom of the crate for their little feet and my dog was limping when he came home. All new people except the owner and her daughter, what happened? I will never know but my dog and my referrals are over. I referred my neighbor and she was charged $20.00 extra to have his tail groomed!! Is the tail not part of the dog? I am extremely upset that Stephanie is gone and I have to start somewhere else after all these years but I will not go back and Thank you TopDog for freaking out my 7# dog who clearly was abused in some fashion. Never again. But if I may suggest a little love and compassion can go a long way. You have a new bather, maybe it started there but I will never know. Amy is kind and gentle, loving with the animals but I will never go back. Actions speak louder than words and my pup has been frightened. Shame on whoever did this. Slow down, don't overbook and get good help not just a body!!!!!

We joined their monthly program and I usually add on a full spa package when she goes. The teeth brushing, nail dermal and facial really help keep her nice and clean. And to top it off, I really love the hair bow she comes out of the salon with! The staff is friendly and always super accommodating. I highly recommend S&D!

Their mobile service always arrives on time and is incredibly convenient. I avoid taking my drooly bulldog anywhere in my car if I can help it. Having my groomer come to me is SO helpful. Danielle takes Venmo, which is also super convenient! My girls always come out looking and smelling great, with a cute bandana, plus they always get the cutest little goodie bag AND I get a super adorable photo of them up against a different, seasonal backdrop each and every time. I cannot stress enough how much of a dog whisperer Danielle is! If you have a dog that hates being bathed or is scare of strangers, they will be instantly at ease with Danielle. One of my dogs is the biggest scaredy cat and she is completely calm with Danielle and (shockingly to me) does not need to be restrained while having her nails trimmed. I have boarded my two dogs here and I felt at ease leaving them. The dogs were healthy and happy when I returned. But I think it says the most that the dogs love going in, whether for boarding or grooming, both dogs love getting out of the car and going inside. The people here are very accommodating, letting you know when the dogs should be ready, calling to let you know that the dogs are ready, and if life has gotten in the way, letting you be a little late picking the darlings up.
