She was so so knowledgeable about products, gave me step by step instructions on what she was doing throughout the facial, and offered a very inviting, calm, enjoyable space to receive the service! I feel it's worth the money and when I'm back in town intend on booking another facial there! They have a plethora of services offered as well so it could be your one stop shop for all things self care related. On top of that I had to listen to the sales pitch on their product line which was not a suitable product. Their products are greasy.

If I was not on a cruise ship where it was hard to get shave gel and razors I would have probably just shaved. I don't know if it is because they are more fine hairs on my upper legs, but there were giant patches of hair missed. I have never had this happen in my standard waxing experiences. I was shocked how much hair was left on my upper legs (baby fine hair) and over both knees. If this is a difference in sugaring versus waxing I will definitely have to stick with waxing as it looked like I had no hair removal done at all in big patches. Sooo bummed. ---- Original review: Overall a good experience. They were friendly and helpful making my appointments and the facility is clean. They're also easy to find. I had a number of services head to toe so they split my time between two estheticians. The first one was good but I felt like she talked almost too much. It felt forced and I am sure she was just trying to distract me but I just kinda wish I'd have been able to lay there quietly. I had asked to leave a strip of hair and she did but it was lop-sided and looked funny. I didn't realize it until I got home and ended up having to just shave the small area. The second girl was very friendly but was better and reading me and didn't push conversations. When it slowed down she let me sit quietly. She did a very good job and was even willing to clean up a few missed hairs by the first woman. I'm not sure I think sugaring is less painful than watching (which is what I'd heard and was why I tried it) but overall it was a good experience. If I went back I'd ask for the 2nd girl to do my whole service. Her name was Megan but she joked that they should call her "Emily" because there's 3 Megans that work there.

It is one of those facials that you see visible results leaving. A couple months ago, I was in getting my facial. The machine kept shutting off in the middle of my facial. I honestly didn't care, things happen. Everyone was so apologetic and even the care coordinator at the front desk gave me a very generous discount. I did not expect or need her to do that but also I thought it was great customer service. In the past I've had great experiences so by no way was that going to stop me from coming back. Well yesterday I came in to get another hydra glow facial. Apparently the other machine was being serviced. The other machine that was used on me had been extra washed in hopes that it would work better. I can tell that the suctioning was not working and serum was on and off coming out of the device. I made a comment to the aesthetician and she said that's why she was doing extra passes. I never felt like it was actually working. She mentioned that device was next to get serviced. I then went and paid over $250 for basically a dermaplane. I felt ripped off and frustrated for not only myself but for the employees. It is unfair that they have to answer for the non operative equipment while they are also trying to make a living. If the machines don't work, please don't schedule a service using them.
