They will substitute vet techs and other appropriate staff for vaccines or Cytopoint injections whenever they can. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and really go above and beyond. Their prices are reasonable and clearly explained on all the bills. I did see one older review that said they required a full checkup with every allergy shot - my dog receives those so I can confirm that is no longer the policy, he just goes in for his shot with a nurse and goes home! I recommend them to all of my friends with pets.

We have 3 bulldogs and 3 cats and the last several times we took a pet there they did not know the pets name, gender or why we where there. The last appointment was for the removal of a possible tumor and to get an eye tuck. When we arrived the day of the surgery the front desk did not know where the tumor was to be removed from and did not know about the eye tuck. When I expressed my concern and asked if I need to take my pets somewhere else they simply said you can. After the surgery we received a call about our pet and was told we where fired and to come get our dog and all of our paper work. We now have to find a new vet. Probably for the better. The man that takes your pet back to be worked on is extremely rude and arrogant. I would not recommend this vet to anyone.

He sent us home with instructions to buy famotidine over the counter, give it to my dog to reduce the high liver enzymes and bring him back in 2 weeks. I went to CVS for the medication which turned out to be Pepcid a drug to treat acid indigestion. After some internet research I found the famotidine has abslutely no effect on liver enzymes and, in fact, may harm the liver in certain circunstances. I will find a vet that is actually interested in the well being of my dog.

With inflation still raging in the country, the few amenities this office use to offer (free nail clipping when having a visit for medical or medications) is now not offered. Nail clipping has gone up from $20.00 to $25.00 (for what takes a technician about 3 minutes to accomplish). I understand from another client that you now even have to make an appointment to pick up medication. There are far too many other vets in the area for this clinic to start these new practices as this will certain affect their ability to attract new clients and retain it's current clients. A little goes a long way today in business.
