I called about two weeks ago to see about an appointment and Nancy spent a good 15-20 minutes on the phone with me, talking about how she grooms, her background, and of course our dog. We took our 14 year old Yorkiepoo today for her first appointment and were extremely pleased. Nancy was very gentle and sweet with Abby and after Abby sniffed around the shop a bit, she let Nancy take her and we left. The care was great, the grooming was great, and the price, even with a tip, was about $20 less than we paid in MD! I can't say enough nice things about our experience!
