However, Doug Bockrath was very helpful in picking out the samples. Also, I wanted a new area rug for my family area along with a matching round one for under my breakfast table adjacent to my family area. They did not have a round one, but their in-house crew was able to take a second rug just like the one I purchased and cut it into a round and seamed it along the entire edge. It looks amazing! Kudos to their in-house people that did this. They were fantastic. Lastly, their crew that laid the carpet did a great job matching the seams. They were very courteous, cleaned all the mess and took it with them. I was also pleased that they moved my big furniture for me. A big shout out to Art, James and Anthony!
