Came here to get our Christmas tree, but wish I didn't! After finding a really nice tree and going to the register to pay, they set my tree next to the exact if not nicer looking tree. Our's was priced at $243 and there's was priced at $183?? They were identical, so I decided to ask the owner Claudia if I could get a discount. She then grabbed a ruler and measure both trees, called over the lady that prices the trees, and right in front of me and my family asked the employee if she was blind stating she wrongly measured and priced the other persons tree. Who insults an employees in front of customers?? In the end no discount, and after 3 years of coming here we will be finding a new place to tree shop next year. Merry Christmas

Santa was awesome!! He is a dog lover and was so gentle with my 15 yr old Roxie. He even had dog treats to offer! Remember to tip!

I stopped by this place on my way home from work just to check out their selection and prices. A very nice, young man helped me out, SEAN. He was very knowledgeable and kind enough to walk me around the lot to help find the right tree. He was very patient and extremely helpful. He took care of everything for me ... shook out any loose needles, got the stump a fresh cut, had the tree stand attached so my tree would stand up straight, netted and bagged it for me too. And he expertly tied it on the roof of my car. It was easy to drive home with it. DEFINITELY ASK FOR SEAN!! He made my experience fun and easy. But DON'T FORGET TO TIP, as the salesmen only get paid on tips. The trees are pricey, but I know you're paying for the whole experience. They provide free popcorn and hot chocolate. And you can take free pictures with Santa. I had my little chihuahua with me, and it turns out that Santa (and Sean, actually) is a huge dog lover! :) So I got to take some pictures of her with Santa. It was so cute! Santa (aka Norm, when he's off duty ) was so gentle with her and made it a very fun experience. DON'T FORGET TO TIP SANTA too, as he also works for tips only. It was clear to see he really enjoyed playing Santa, though. He was great with all the kids there. He's exactly what you'd want your Santa experience to be. Santa (Norm) is there Wed & Thu 4pm-9pm, and Fri-Su 10am-9pm. There's another Santa there Mon & Tues too, but I hadn't met him. Although the trees are pricey, my tree is gorgeous. They water the trees constantly, so mine was very fresh and full. I'm excited to decorate it this weekend!

My favorite Christmas Tree lot ever. Great service. Beautiful trees. Incredible management/ownership. Next Friday will be my 7th year getting my Christmas Tree & Door Wreath. I can't wait!!! Christmas

Great lot! Super friendly and helpful! Trees are nicely shaped and they make sure the stand is straight and all that good stuff :-). Sure you pay a bit more than at Home Depot but Home Depot trees look a little Charlie Brownish and they definitely don't make sure it will stand straight when you get home. Here's a tip....be nice and TIP!

I've walked away with an epic Dune Monopoly game, mid century modern-style dog bed, and fountain pen/planner set. There's always something new to be found when you visit! Service is always stellar here no matter how busy they get. Sometimes there's a security guard at the door and he always greats you as you're coming in. This HomeGoods also does a good job recognizing customers who make donations during checkout, which I think is a thing worth celebrating! This store is conveniently located in the shops at Rossmoor with plenty of parking and meal choices after you've worked up your appetite walking around. That said, it can get busy so I find it easier to park towards the middle of the plaza. The only drawback (if we can call it that) of this strip mall is that it's nearly a complete dead zone for cell service, let alone internet. So bear that in mind if you enjoy sharing your finds in real time with friends and family!

She's obsessed with trains and in her full cowgirl era, so this place was absolutely perfect for her 3rd birthday. With the crazy weather we've had recently, this worried mama was a bundle of nerves thinking we were going to get rained out. But Jeff... wow. He went above and beyond. Even though the park was technically closed, he monitored the rain for us, kept checking on "The Blue House," took our calls, and genuinely tried to ease my stress. For that alone, THANK YOU. On the big day (11/22), Jeff even let us arrive earlier than usual to set up. And of course... it sprinkled! He immediately ran over to our area to make sure we were okay, to check if we needed to move anything, and to reassure us that things were still a go. Again... THANK YOU. Thankfully, the rain passed quickly and everything went smoothly afterward. Our guests absolutely fell in love with the place. And because I've read some of the other reviews, I want to clarify a couple of things: * Yes, it can be tricky to find, but that's not El Dorado Frontier's fault. They're private owners operating inside a public park. * This is a small, family-owned location. We've been coming here for 2.5 years, and we've watched them grow. You simply can't compare a year-round, family-run attraction to a one-month seasonal pop-up in a parking lot. Completely different worlds. We genuinely love this place, but more importantly... our daughter loves it. The staff is kind, patient, and truly invested in making moments special. I can't rave about them enough, and we are so grateful for everything they did to help make our baby girl's birthday the perfect day.

First time we went in the late afternoon hoping to stay till the lights came on, and it was completely dead. The little rides were very expensive and only lasted 2 minutes average. We asked if we could save the rest of the tickets to ride the train at night since we were not aware that they closed in between, and also charged a SEPARATE entrance fee. They told us yes, we can come back any time and the tickets are good for a year. We come back a couple days later for the night time one, it's 5pm and NO ONE is in the park. They told us that our tickets were not eligible for the train ride at night. What??! After their own employee told us to come back later, they now deny us use of these tickets, totally ruined our night made our son cry. Shame on you!! And the excuse for not being eligible for the train ride, that it was sold out. Total BS because literally again NO ONE was in the park. No wonder the event is failing.
