Stopped in a few days ago, and found out that this business is no longer EagleRider motorcycle…read morerentals. They are now Ural Pittsburgh, and they sell and service Ural Motorcycles (made in Russia). Even though I was just browsing, I was treated like a valued customer, and was given lots of information about these unusual motorcycles. I thought they were very cool, as they all had sidecars and most were two-wheel drive. There were lots of various models in the showroom, with lots of options, colors, and accessories available. Cheers!

For the most part, I did all my research ahead of time, and only reached out to the dealership with a few questions and then was ready to buy! My salesperson was Mike Purtell, for the whole process. Along with a couple of emails to Jen in finance. Gotta say, Mikes very easy to speak to, seems to have solid knowledge of the sidecars and enjoys helping out the customer! A very pleasant shopping experience! I was extremely happy that this was not the usual "nickel & dime" ya to death experience. Their website list the price, shows the discounts, and if you do the math? It all adds up correctly! I have to say I really thought the paperwork portion of this, was super smooth! Since the bike was being shipped to me, all the paperwork arrived via Fed Ex. Which was really nice! I was able to get the bike registered and plated, long before it actually was delivered. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about Mike and the staff at Ural of Pittsburgh! I hope to visit someday in person!

My local KTM dealer in Akron is only 15 min drive from me but I now drive an hour to do my business…read moreat Point View. The experience at my local dealer( if you are from around here u know who I'm talking about) was always unpleasant as you feel like you are going to get mugged every time you go there. It's located in the ghettos if Akron. That dealer also doesn't even let you sit on the bikes in the show room. If I'm going to spend $18k on a bike I should at the very least be able to sit on the darn thing first. So I finally had enough and drove to the next closest KTM dealer which is Point View. What a difference! The dealership itself is a little old and run down but I didn't care. They had the inventory of what I was looking for and Jason there gave me a killer deal on an '18 SuperDuke 1290. The buying experience was awesome and painless and they even went out of their way to prep the bike while I waited so I didn't have to drive all the way back to pick up the bike. I recently took my Duke back for its first service and for some mods and they are awesome to deal with like always. Friendly and personable every time. Highly recommend these guys. They even let you sit on any damn bike you want! Thanks Point View! You Rock. I wish they were closer but at least I don't have to pack heat to go see a bike or buy parts. :)

The motorcycles in their showroom were all in great shape, and the staff were quite friendly. They were fast with the whole process of buying the bike, the longest part being the loan application and approval. They do an inspection upon intake of the bike, and they do the state inspection again when you purchase it and will walk you around the motorcycle to show you what you need to know and to answer any questions you may have. They make sure to send you off with a smile, giving you a Hillview T-Shirt and snapping a picture with your new purchase. After everything, Travis helped us load the bike, riding it onto the trailer and helped fasten it down properly. Will definitely do business here again.

Phil Bruley was on the top of things all the time. So I thought I would hit up the local motorcycle shop just 20 minutes from the house. I walk into Pitt Cycles shortly after opening and asked to get a tire mounted and balanced. Mind you, the wheel is off the bike and there is no tire to be removed. Just mount/balance the new tire I have on my rim. At first I was asked when was a good time to come back and have this done. I was hoping to get squeezed in now, not have to come back later in the week. After a bit of fumbling with paperwork, the gentleman thought he could accomodate me. So he wrote up the order and said it would be $75. I was like "Excuse me? How much?". Tax was probably additional. Did I mention the wheel was off the bike and no tire needed removed? Needless to say, I said "Nevermind!" and went elsewhere and had it done for $25. I can honestly say I will never take my bike to them for ANY service.

I originally left a terrible review, after I got my tires mounted and balanced by them. I saw the receipt that they gave me, and misread it. It appeared that they charged me a $90 fee for tire disposal. Gosh was I mistaken. I am looking at the receipt now, and it was a $10 fee for the tire disposal. The "$90" was just the total of the mount and balance. I was having an awful day and misread the receipt. Wow. I really suck for that, and am embarrassed. These guys got my tires mounted and balanced within a day. Couldn't find anywhere else that could get me in that quickly.
