And we have been to quite a few in every town where we see one, Castroville, Bandera, etc.. It's hard to make bad donuts. That, or I've just been lucky my whole life. But my picky son actually orders something different quite often here and always enjoys it. The jalapeño kolaches (I'll not get into the argument about what constitutes a kolache) that I typically order are always great! They have a wide selection of breakfast sweets and a fair amount of non-sweets too. Their beverage options are just as varied. A ton to choose from and they even added specialty coffees to the menu a while back. I've had a caramel frappuccino and can say from experience that it's every bit as good as, if not better than, the one I get for a significant price hike at Starbucks.
