Dylan was so helpful and tracked down a used rim and an acceptable tire and within 2 hours I was back up and running.

I visited the Colchester rd as my first stop in looking to test drive cars. While this location didn't have any cars I was interested in, the woman sent me over to their other location off Williston rd. As soon as I arrive, I see all of the cars we had talked about lined up and ready for me to test drive. This service is fast! I wondered about a new car they had brought in about what made it a rebuild, after I test drove some cars. The next day, I receive a call from the owner himself explaining everything that happens to their cars. Super transparent!

Well too start off I have to say I'm a big enough man to admit when I'm wrong I thought the tires…read morejust had no tread left at all did bring it too a local mechanic they only popped outside for second and looked I'm a car guy also a Subaru guy I know that the car came with OEM summer tires I forgot that Subaru uses low profile summers on the WRX so the tires actually have it I had to guess probably 90 percent tread left also if you are still here reading I had a tire going low and idk if it got it pick up being moved from location or if I picked it up somewhere but I have to say Carrie paya is a extremely nice honest woman that knows her stuff she mentioned low profile and was instantly in my head like oh no I messed up she then showed me on the tread gauge all the areas I watched it and they also fixed my tire at no cost after writting a bad review also the reason I'm updating it among other things but to actually have the owner step in take a look that means a lot to me that shows they care and I did purchase the car from Sam up at the Williston one and mistakes do happen I did say I was approved for a certain term I guess she applied for 6 which is standard for rebuilt titles so it happens I got it fixed easy she was very nice very professional and helpful and I guess to end this off on a quick note I apologize I was wrong and I just wanna give a shout too Sam for doing all the work and selling me the vehicle and making it smooth and I would also like to thank the owner herself Carrie paya for actually taking my concern seriously and personally meeting me at the service center to have it looked at and also check it yourself I have never in my 31 years seen a owner do that and thank you for fixing the tire at no cost to me I would highly recommend payas auto sales to anyone that was truly caring and making sure a customer was happy and if I'm ever looking for another car I'll definitely go back

She brought it to…read morethese lying thieves and each time they didn't fix it, and there was something else wrong with it that wasn't a problem before. The second time she got it back it was leaking oil and smoking like crazy... It was not doing that when she brought it in. The fan problem was a simple fix of a new thermostat and they couldn't even figure it out the first 2 visits. The last visit they finally figured it out, but it was smoking and leaking oil when she picked it up this time. So she brought it back to have them right their wrong. Apparently their mechanic broke something on the motor while troubleshooting... Again! They overused the truck while test driving it....I guess it's ok to joyride in the customers rigs while having the rig in their care for two plus week both times they were supposed to be fixing it... And didn't. This is unacceptable any way you look at it. Now they're telling her truck has a broken spacer on the engine causing the oil leak. This was NOT a problem before their mechanic broke it. They won't admit their mistakes and it's going to cost so much to fix, my daughter already paid them $2400, she can't afford to get it worked on by anyone else, and it's not usable the way it is. Sorry for the rant, but this is so wrong that I felt everyone needs to know what kind of business they run. It really looks like they break things while fixing the original problem, so customers have to keep going back and wasting more time and $$$. So, don't let this happen to you!! Unfortunately this is an old trick by mechanics to make more $$$ at the customers expense. If you go to a mechanic for one simple problem to be fixed, you shouldn't have more problems when you pick it up after supposedly being fixed in the first place. Since they won't own up to their mess up, we are reporting them to the better business bureau and warning everyone we know that they are not trustworthy and they are rude with customers they have screwed over

Being a one-car family, I was stranded & called Mt. View. I was soon on the road again with a new battery. Not long after that, the shop was very helpful when a major repair was needed. David & team are easy to work with, very good at what they do, affordable and honest.
