One of my dogs suffers from chronic ear infections, and I was hoping a new veterinary perspective might offer some fresh ideas. I had all prior medical records sent over in advance so the vet could review what had and hadn't worked in the past. After waiting nearly an hour to be seen, we were sent home with a medication that has not been effective for my dog in previous treatments. I explained during the appointment that this medication had already been tried and had not resolved the issue, but it was prescribed again anyway. I called the next day and left a voicemail expressing concern about my dog's worsening ear infection, but unfortunately, I didn't receive a response. After four days without follow-up, I felt increasingly frustrated by the lack of communication and concern. While the clinic emphasizes how much they care, that sentiment didn't align with my experience in this instance. I've decided to seek care elsewhere moving forward.
