I order one hamburger and they never said the price. They just asked for my card, rang up the card for two hamburgers. It was difficult to get the refund. Finally "taco" (name as cashier) said here is your money. When I again pointed out her error of the refund amount she left upset. She returned slapped the correct amount down and left without a sorry the whole entire time. That is not good customer service when you screw up

not really impressed. my car broke down after eating here and i had to literally beg them not to…read moretow me. and even then, i had no reassurance that they would not. prices: completely overpriced for the little food you get, and the poor quality. food: came for taco tuesday and the carne asada was so dry, it tasted like ground beef. the sauce was reminiscent of thick orange salsa, mild and underwhelming. the brussels were dry and bland, and tasted like old grease. drinks: my friend's tom collins was served in a rocks glass. my bloody mary served in a martini glass. and then when i got a martini, it was half empty... bartenders and manager didn't know anything about the bar menu. service: kinda rude, snooty. felt less like a customer and more like a bother.

We eat here about once a month, and I make it a personal mission to try something new every time…read more The menu looks like it's been updated recently, which keeps things interesting. The food is always fresh and flavorful, definitely a win. The restaurant is consistently clean, and we're usually seated quickly (which already earns bonus points in my book). Portion sizes are just right, we leave full but still manage to have a few bites left for a late-night snack. The beer selection is always rotating, so it's fun to switch things up and try a new brew now and then. My only suggestion? Ice those glasses! Draft beer is great, but an ice-cold one? That's next-level. Service is solid, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. And if you're going, get the tacos and fried green beans They never miss.

We just wanted a late night spot for greasy food and chill vibes but unfortunately the service at…read morethis location was less than desirable. It took the waitress five minutes just to get to our table and another ten minutes to place the order. When the food did arrive, she initially forgot to give us utensils and by the end of the meal, wasted no time in handing us the check without bothering to ask us if we wanted anything else. At first I thought she was just having an off day, but when her friends came in, she made sure to immediately place an order for them. It also should be noted that the seats are low and uncomfortable so I don't recommend dining here if you are wheelchair-bound. All that said, the food at Fat Pat's was exceptional --from the well-seasoned crispy onion rings to the homemade queso dip. I also really loved the loaded nachos as it was laced with savory hamburger meat and not the grainy taco meat that usually ruins a proper nacho dish. The fried pickles and boneless wings were also well-done and exactly what you would expect from a greasy spoon. I was expecting more of a restaurant and less of a bar but this particular location is essentially a bar that serves decent food. 5/10 decent quality food but I probably wouldn't return!
