Each time I left him there he came home skinny, with a rash on his stomach, no one paid attention to him and on top of that, they always, somehow, charged us an extra day getting more money out of us. At Bed and Biscuit however, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to tour the place before I left my Austin there. I saw where he would play in the yard and get some exercise, where they watch TV with the dogs and where he would be staying. It was a home away from home. Austin came home, for the first time since I've been boarding him, happy, healthy, a small rash on his stomach from laying on the concrete probably (not as bad as Quail run since they offer very little shade for the dogs and ALL of their kennels are outside in the elements). At Bed and Biscuit the place is air conditioned and heated for perfect climate control. Each dog has a place to go outside through a doggy door and is able to escape the heat by coming inside in the air condition (or escape the cold and come into the heat). Bed and Biscuit cares about the animals. They are never boarded together (unless they are from the same household), they're on the expensive side from other kennels in the area. But it's WORTH it. 100% WORTH IT! I wouldn't board my baby anywhere else! He was content there. I will be using Bed and Biscuit for all my boarding needs. Austin enjoyed his time there.

After a year with my dog , and many failed training programs from other companies not related to this one, I found Amanda with a final desperate attempt to train my dog because I knew there was potential. I had wasted a lot of money and was nervous to begin another program, but after my first call with Amanda I knew this was going to be different. She was encouraging and engaging, asking detailed questions about my dog and her behavior. Our first session began immediately tailored to my dog's needs and within a week I saw improvements. If you know dachshunds, you know how difficult training them can be. Amanda accepted the challenge without hesitation and proved that idea to be wrong, she made the training easy and motivating. She worked with myself to better understand how I can set my dog up for success rather than failure. Two weeks in, my dog was entirely different in the very best way possible. She introduced new techniques and worked with each challenge my dog faced to ensure she overcame it. I cannot say enough good things about the program. Don't waste your time on a basic training program elsewhere. In the end you're only cutting corners that will harm your dog down the road. She showed me that the phrase "You can't teach an old dog new tricks" is NOT true, as long as you don't give up!! I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have found this facility, especially for my unique situation. I have an almost two-year-old Belgian Malinois named Athena. She's incredibly smart, loyal, and protective--but she also has a history of extreme aggression, which makes finding a safe, understanding, and well-equipped boarding facility a real challenge. I was going out of town for just under a week and had no friends or family available to watch her. Naturally, I was anxious and stressed about where she could stay, especially since I'd had bad experiences in the past with places that didn't understand how to work with dogs who have behavioral issues. After doing a ton of research and getting referrals from family and friends, I came across Cozy Noses, and I'm so glad I did. From the very first phone call, I was met with nothing but professionalism, kindness, and an honest willingness to help. I probably called them four or five times before even dropping Athena off--asking everything from what vaccinations were required to whether her specific needs could be accommodated--and every single time, the staff was patient and thorough. They never made me feel annoying or bothersome for calling so much. That alone gave me a great first impression. I let them know up front that Athena has had incidents of aggression in the past and that she should be marked as "do not touch" or "do not approach" for safety. The staff took this very seriously, and they handled it with so much professionalism and care. On the day of drop-off, the process was smoother than I could've imagined. The kennel was freshly cleaned and ready for her, and the environment felt calm, organized, and welcoming. While I was away, I called in regularly to check on her--and not once did I feel like I was being a burden. The staff was always ready to give me updates on how she was doing, what her temperament was like that day, and whether she was eating and resting well. They truly catered to her individual needs and made the entire experience stress-free for both of us. However due to health concerns and my dog now being a senior and needing medication I was concerned how he would fair this time.
