Kyle is the absolute besttttt!…read more Where do we even begin? Choosing Kyle as our elopement photographer was hands-down the best decisions we made for our wedding. If you're considering booking him, do yourself the favor & lock him down immediately! From the very first conversation, he was incredibly accommodating, making us feel like our vision truly mattered. Planning an elopement can be overwhelming, but he was so organized and thoughtful, helping us with timelines, location ideas, and even small details we hadn't thought of. He made the entire experience stress-free, which allowed us to just focus on each other and enjoy our day. Beyond his professionalism, he is so much fun to be around! He brought an energy that made us feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera. He hyped us up when we needed it, cracked jokes to keep us laughing, and knew exactly how to guide us without making anything feel forced. It honestly felt like we were just hanging out with a good friend who happened to be capturing the most beautiful moments of our lives. And speaking of those moments--WOW. His talent is truly next level. Our photos are beyond anything we ever could have imagined. He didn't just take pictures; he captured the emotions, the intimacy, the little glances, and all the in-between moments that made our day so special. His use of light, composition, and storytelling is truly a work of art. He knows Zion like the back of his hand and we learned so much about the land from him! If you want someone who is not only an incredible photographer but also an amazing person to share your elopement with, Kyle is the one. We are endlessly grateful for him, and we can't recommend him enough! BOOK HIM NOW--you'll thank yourself later!

First, they did a sunrise photo shoot at Zion National Park (climbing rocks in wedding attire which I thought was crazy, but I'm eating those words) and the pics Kyle took are spectacular! I have never seen more beautiful wedding pictures.....and this is not just a mom talking, they really are! Than the entire ceremony and reception he snapped away, but did it in such a way, that u didn't even know he was there! I don't think he missed any part of the entire wedding day! Not only did he take pics, but gave advice at times to us about how to do certain things we weren't sure of, when setting up for the reception. Most of all, he is THE NICEST GUY you'd want to work with!!! You would be doing yourself a disservice If you didn't hire him......HE IS THAT GOOD!

As a gold member I was offered no water bottles during my stead and instead had to pay 7.00 per bottle. 2. I was out of toothpaste and they didn't have any at the front desk nor the small shop to purchase. 3. My room had a large potato chip laying in the floor from the previous guest. 4. The bar and restaurant has a staff meeting while customers are there waiting for service. The most important part of servicing your customer is the part where you service the customer. 5. The staff is constantly chatting to one another and not expecting any needs of their guest.. front desk is often on their cell phone. 6. The fries at the bar are okay - but they have so much garlic that they need to be served with an aioli or mayo based sauce instead of ketchup. You can tell this place is poorly managed and lacks structure and procedures it could be great and charming but it's just okay.

Back in my day, I spent many Friday and Saturday evenings at the Whirley Bird skating rink. Raise…read moreyour hand if you remember that place! I could wax nostalgic about snowball skates, 90's boy bands and the snack counter for hours. So when I stumbled across this skating rink, I was hoping it would bring back some memories. Sadly, this place was super small compared to what I had grown up with. Not that it's a bad thing, but it felt crowded and overrun with children and the seating area is so close to the skating area that there's not really anywhere to go to escape the action. In addition to the skating rink, there are other things you can do-basketball courts, air hockey, snack shop...but it's a little tricky to navigate. It wasn't clear at the front door where to go to check in for anything other than skating. I suppose if you come here regularly you know where to go. But for a first time visitor, I felt a little lost. I think the only reason I would return was if I was coming for a specific activity with someone who knew where to go and how to navigate around. Anyone wanna shoot some hoops with me or skate in tiny circles to Boys 2 Men?

When we arrived we were greeted by the nicest boy named Nash who got us our skates and walked us through the waiver, he even went an extra mile help find us some skates small enough for my almost two year old son. If Nash's boss sees this then make sure that boy gets a raise cause he deserves it. The rink itself isn't very big but if you guy during a slower time then it's plenty big for small little families to skate with their kids while they figure it out. We will definitely be back when we pass through St George again.

Definitely not intentional as they deserve every bit of praise. We've been coming here for about eight years and we absolutely love it. The suites feel like your own condo. Private entrances and garage, patio, fireplace, jetted tub, and completely unobstructed views of Snow Canyons cliffs. The property is a private, gated club with a guard who checks you in during your stay. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, spa, gym, yoga, pilates, onsite dining, kitchenette, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, basketball courts, 18-hole golf course, and beautiful walking paths. The entire neighborhood is gorgeous and is impeccably maintained. It's located in Ivins, about eight miles from downtown St. George and just five miles from Snow Canyon State Park. There's also a great grocery store named Harmon's about two miles away, perfect for stocking your fridge. With just over 60 rooms, the resort feels more like a boutique retreat than a commercial hotel. Every visit inspires me to stay off my phone and that's always a good thing. This place has become home away from home and I look forward to every visit. Bonus: returning guests get 20% off.
