She presented several menu options for the evening. We picked one and were also able to swap out a side to cater to the personal preferences of a few of our party members. The catering team arrived early to deliver the dinner and advised on how to keep it safely warm until we were ready to eat. The dinner itself was DELICIOUS. We had the steak with chimichurri sauce, bread with herbed butter, brussel sprouts, and seasonal salad. The ingredients were fresh and felt special--things we wouldn't think of cooking at home. We loved the gooseberries and pomegranate seeds in the salad. Multiple members of our party commented on how they could eat the herbed butter on its own. I highly recommend Zion Desert to Table!

We were there 1.5 hours with no wait to get seated, but once seated we waited 15 minutes before the waiter came to check on us. If they had been busy I would have understood but we were one of two tables in the restaurant at that time. Once the waitress came and took our order we waited forever to get our food. I think there was only one person back running the kitchen. The food was really good but considering how long it took to get our drinks and our food I give it 3 stars.
