I called them myself and was able to get someone in less than 5 minutes. It was literally one of the prompts when you call. 2 - I requested them to fill out my medical leave paperwork for my job. It took them 3 weeks to complete the form. The form is only one page long. It should not have taken that long. 3 - I made several attempts to get my final bill and a copy of my records, but to no avail. It has been 7 months now and no contact. Other issues I experienced: Wait times are atrocious & they have no respect for your time. When it came time for my final consultation what should have been a hour appointment ended up being a three hour appointment. And the worse part is that - I did not even get to voice my concerns or ask questions, as the doctor somehow disappeared and never came back! Even so after all the communications and all the long appointment times to this office, my original medical issue was not resolved. Very disappointing! I suggest you take your business elsewhere. This place does not care for you at all!!

This location is full of kind hearted people, I had just got my wisdom tooth extracted on Tuesday…read moreand was dealing with excruciating pain! I couldn't sleep (and if you've had your wisdom tooth pulled you know what I mean) I called the Buckhead location even though I had the extraction done In Decatur.. Now let me tell you about the Angel that answered the phone. Her name is Tara! She was professional but so kind. The doctor had two surgeries that morning but I was crying as I was in pain, she sympathized with me and told me to just come in (I live around the corner) and she will try her best to squeeze me in.. she was so calm and helpful.. When I arrived all the staff was so nice..one lady even got me a new ice pack to put on my face while I wait. I waited less than a hour and was seen by the amazing doctor BRADY!!!! I told him how I felt and he didn't waste any time, he looked in my mouth to make sure everything was okay, then he numbed me up I was crying again and he said "don't cry we don't want you to be unhappy ". He had such a father spirit... I feel good now and would refer anyone to this location!! Thank you guys

Dr Brady in the Buckhead location was OUTSTANDING for my unexpected tooth extraction!…read more Professional, incredibly intelligent, and knows teeth! Wednesday I went to a new holistic dentist and my xrays showed a cavity and possible need for root canal but they recommended at CT to confirm. Well I'm glad I did because then she confirmed the tooth in question was healthy it was the one next to it that had a big cavity on the gum line, hence my excruciating pain. My new dentist said she could extract it the follow week but my best friend and several family had teeth extractions from Dr Brady so I called their office and Naz got me in that morning (I was leaving the country the following week and was afraid of having an absess on an island plus wanted to have enough time to heal and not be on a soft foods diet on vacation). Everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful. Dr Brady walked in the room and from the door spotted the problem child tooth, explaining why a root canal/crown wasn't an option. I loved that you could see the entire xrays on a huge screen and see the problem for yourself in 2D. My surgery team had great bedside manner - Luke is phenomenal and was able to get blood out of my arm with ease, even while dehydrated (for surgery prep). I have issues with phlebotomist drawing blood out of my arms but Luke nailed it and grabbed 2 vials like a pro. Ken was my other great surgical tech and they keep me as calm as possible pre-op. Dr. Brady was fantastic, friendly and we joked around before surgery and the next thing I knew, I was done. I only needed 2 advil complete - I never really had much pain. Without reservation, I would highly recommend Dr. Gordon Brady and the staff at Oral Surgery Associations in Buckhead. Ya'll are the BEST!

A massive cavity occurred over the weekend. The pain was too much. We went to dentist around us and…read morethis office was highly rated. We booked an appointment and they were able to fit us in a few days. Procedure was flawless, pain subsided the staff was great.

So disappointed and now very angry. We trusted Restoration Dental with our family's dental care for…read moreyears. They kept telling us that our children needed a special toothpaste to remineralize their teeth to avoid cavities, but every 6 months they needed multiple fillings, sometimes multiple sides on a tooth. One child had so many fillings (10-12 teeth) that I finally called to check which teeth had gotten done before. Some teeth had been done more than once, but they told me they were different spots on the same tooth. My youngest was leaving for college last year and yet again they told us he had 3 teeth with cavities, but they could "squeeze" him in right then. That way he could be done before he left for college. We took care of them. Those three teeth were $1042. Fast forward, he returns from college, goes for his cleaning and now he has 3 more teeth with cavities at an estimated cost o $975. He was home for summer, so they scheduled him for a while later. Luckily for us, we moved and found another dentist near our new home. We forwarded his records to the new dentist and scheduled an appointmemt to take care of the 3 teeth that had multiple cavities. My son went to the appointment and came home in less than 30 minutes. The dentist looked at his X-rays, took new ones and said they did not see any cavities! In fact they looked at the cavities that had been filled PREVIOUSLY on the X-rays and said they would not have filled most of them. They showed him and me what to look for on an X-ray, so we could see for ourselves. Going to Restoration Dental cost us thousands of dollars in unnecessary fillings. Nevermind the trauma that my children had to endure with getting shots and further tooth damage for the unnecessary drilling that was done to "clean out" nonexisting cavities. Now my children have the good fortune of looking forwards to possibly having these unnecessary fillings weaken their teeth over time and potentially cause broken teeth, more painful procedures and bigger bills as they get older. I have attached a copy of the last estimate for my son (look how many more teeth they were "watching"). LET ME REPEAT THAT THE NEW DENTIST DID NOT SEE ONE ISSUE THAT WAS ON THE ESTIMATE, AND LOOKED AT HIS PREVIOUSLY FILLED CAVITIES AND SAID THEY WOULD NOT HAVE FILLED MOST OF THEM. If you choose to go to this dentist, don't trust what they say, have them prove it to you. Btw, I noticed there is another review complaining of the same thing. This practice should refund my money and pay me for damaging my children's teeth. I am trying to see where I can legally report them.
