He's friendly, funny, gentle, and explains what's happening without using scary dental jargon or judgmental looks. Let me preface this review by saying that some of the staff at this place were great…read more However, the office manager is incompetent and lacks customer service skills: 1 - they could not get a hold of my insurance's pre-authorization department. I called them myself and was able to get someone in less than 5 minutes. It was literally one of the prompts when you call. 2 - I requested them to fill out my medical leave paperwork for my job. It took them 3 weeks to complete the form. The form is only one page long. It should not have taken that long. 3 - I made several attempts to get my final bill and a copy of my records, but to no avail. It has been 7 months now and no contact. Other issues I experienced: Wait times are atrocious & they have no respect for your time. When it came time for my final consultation what should have been a hour appointment ended up being a three hour appointment. And the worse part is that - I did not even get to voice my concerns or ask questions, as the doctor somehow disappeared and never came back! Even so after all the communications and all the long appointment times to this office, my original medical issue was not resolved. Very disappointing! I suggest you take your business elsewhere. Wednesday I went to a new holistic dentist and my xrays showed a cavity and possible need for root canal but they recommended at CT to confirm. Well I'm glad I did because then she confirmed the tooth in question was healthy it was the one next to it that had a big cavity on the gum line, hence my excruciating pain. My new dentist said she could extract it the follow week but my best friend and several family had teeth extractions from Dr Brady so I called their office and Naz got me in that morning (I was leaving the country the following week and was afraid of having an absess on an island plus wanted to have enough time to heal and not be on a soft foods diet on vacation). Everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful. Dr Brady walked in the room and from the door spotted the problem child tooth, explaining why a root canal/crown wasn't an option. I loved that you could see the entire xrays on a huge screen and see the problem for yourself in 2D. My surgery team had great bedside manner - Luke is phenomenal and was able to get blood out of my arm with ease, even while dehydrated (for surgery prep). I have issues with phlebotomist drawing blood out of my arms but Luke nailed it and grabbed 2 vials like a pro. Ken was my other great surgical tech and they keep me as calm as possible pre-op. Dr. Brady was fantastic, friendly and we joked around before surgery and the next thing I knew, I was done. I only needed 2 advil complete - I never really had much pain. Without reservation, I would highly recommend Dr. Gordon Brady and the staff at Oral Surgery Associations in Buckhead. Ya'll are the BEST!

Clean, sterile and somewhat futuristic. The dentist was patient thorough and explained exactly what he was doing. My gripe is with the front desk. Without getting into a big discussion, I spent a great deal of time completing the online paperwork prior to my visit. Provided ID during my visit. It was an out of network referral. I received a call the next day, the young lady asked me for my social security number, I asked why that was needed and she said for identification purposes. I said well I provided my ID when I was there and I explained I wasn't comfortable providing my social security number. She said, and I quote, "ok no problem" and ended the call. That was almost 2 months ago and I still have not heard back.
